In a challenging sales market, Paul M at Hawes & Co (Wimbledon) showed patience, resilience and skill to navigate the sale of our property on our behalf. There were many ups, downs and negotiations but Paul really pulled through. Communication was excellent and for someone in the property industry, this was the first estate agent I enjoyed working with. We tried and failed with a larger agent in the SW19 area to sell our property before going with Hawes & Co.

John and Marcus were a pleasure to work with. There were some challenges as we were not in the UK for the sale. They went above and beyond in their duties in helping us with our property from afar. Always communicated in a timely, respectful, and kind manner.

We had great experience with Hawes &Co house sale. It’s not an easy process, but Ben and Damian made it very smooth, accommodating viewings to the time we could do and always making sure one of them was available to answer questions for us.
Not saying that we want to move again, but would definitely come back if needed in the future!
