EVIL- Honestly. liars tried to cancel my insurance and get a prorate refund - they denied the pro -rata refund and kept the whole amounts.. as they have an open claim against me. There is no claim. I have not hit anyone ever. Have made a subject access request... and have contacted the financial ombudsman.
Was hit in the rear.. was 3rd party only....Previously they said they were going to write off my car .. they took my car and arranged the refund... so I went and a bought a new one as I have disability... then they said they made a mistake and will take no action..... and I need to find a new solictor to help me..,. and pay £250 to have my car returned or they will dispose.
NOW my new solicitor is unable to progress my case as the CCTV has been deleted during the time that Haven have sat on the matter and done nothing...
They have bankrupted me... and cost me thousands... They have destroyed my chances of success with a new solicitor...

Just spoke to one lady from Haven she was so friendly and sort everything for me in 15 minutes I get my car repaired get temporary car delivered to my place. She make all that stressful time much better. Thank you Nicole

They have added to the system the same…
They have added to the system the same incident twice and I have been trying to resolve this issue for more than 2 months. They are not willing to help. Avoid this insurance company at any cost. They have ruined my protected NCB.

A really positive experience.
I recently had someone write off my car and found Andrea working at Haven to be very helpful. They were very quick in processing the claim and extremely helpful in explaining what my options were. They increased their initial offer based on a valuation I had found elsewhere, were happy to take personal calls outside of 9-5, and within 5 days I had the pay-out money in my account.

Although I had a frustrating experience with the courtesy car process—initially being told my claim was non-fault and then having it changed to at-fault—Akash has been absolutely amazing throughout. This was my first-ever accident, and I had no idea what to expect, but Akash took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. He ensured that I fully understood what was happening and provided reassurance when I needed it most. His professionalism, patience, and support from start to finish made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his help and couldn’t have asked for better service!

if I could give 0 stars I would. my name is Syed Arif I will be taking this company to court and this case will bring media attention so if you have a policy with this insurance company I would be very careful. I have them recorded lying to me on the phone so please be careful what they say to you and record all of your phone calls with them. so when you take them to court you can prove the facts from the fiction. my life has been ruined by this evil corporation. if you think a company this big has the right to lie to you then please continue to use them. I will get justice for myself and inspire others to fight against the evil corporation. if you are a media outlet or whistle-blower outlet please get in touch with me. if you feel an insurance company has the right to lie to its consumers (you) then please continue using this service however if that is not ok then please cancel your policy and find another company even if it is more expensive. truly disgraceful service

Liars and charlatans--need to be closed down
I have already left a negative review.
I notice that Haven responds in the exact same way to everyone's negative reviews.
They are just a total scam of a company.
My insurance firm is trying to get them to provide information after one of their customers rear-ended my car and left me needing brain surgery. They are completely blanking the insurance firm. How can this company be allowed to operate in this fashion? Surely there must be some laws to prevent this malpractice?
