Top class smoke

Well, it's more difficult to decide which cigar to buy than its process and delivery to me. The quality perfect, updates on order and delivery tracking easy, packaged in humidified packaging superb ( one of my main reasons ) for keeping coming back - kept informed always arrives as stated highly recommended ! Well done Havana House thank you. David

Request for Fix: Please Include Customs Declaration

My order from Havana House arrived without a customs declaration document.

This caused major issues with customs clearance, including delays and extra work for me to resolve. Please ensure all international shipments include complete customs paperwork in the future to prevent this from happening to other customers.
