Professional, concise, and honest, hatton garden feels like a gold standard for fixing small pieces. I'm so happy with the work they did on my tennis bracelet (and the cleaning!) and I will certainly work with them again in the future!

Great service for replacing a stone and…
Great service for replacing a stone and some remedial work on a ring. Fairly priced with amazing result. I was just confused at first as the estimate came from a different business name that I was not aware of. In the end all was well.

absolutely professional and efficient
Apart from being absolutely professional and efficient, they went the extra mile to reassure me that my ring would be handled with great care (given that I wasn't there physically and had sent it up with a friend to be resized). As promised, the ring was delivered safely and in great condition.

A hidden gem
I finally got around to repairing my engagement ring, HGW replaced/ repaired the claws and cleaned the ring; they did a great job. I can now wear my ring without worrying that the stone will fall out.
Like their location, HGW is a hidden gem!

Excellent craftsmanship
Excellent craftsmanship! I went to Hatton for a wedding ring resizing. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained each step of the process to me. The turn-around time was very fast, and the end product far exceeded my expectations on this very important piece of jewelry. Highly recommend for any of your jewelry needs.
