Haskerkroon Recenzje 

We komen al jaren bij Hasker Kroon, en zouden niet snel met een ander bedrijf in zee gaan voor onze vloer, raamdecoratie e.d. Meerdere goede ervaringen gehad over de jaren heen. Er wordt meegedacht met de oplossingen met een professionele blik. De laatste ervaring hebben we met het leggen van een vloer in onze nieuwbouwwoning - er is flexibel meegedacht met de opleverdatum, en het installeren van de vloer zelf werd door een deskundige gedaan.

Do you want to work with the most unprofessional, unexperienced and rude team you've ever seen and be frustrated the whole time? then hire this company

We needed to renew the floor of our new house and we decided for them because they were close by, and even if it was more expensive, it seemed like a nice local company with experience. We choose the floor and did the plan with them, they were going to have the house empty and without furniture. They started doing the floor and we went by the house 1 day before they finished and found the first problems. We choose a 15cm skirting board and they delivered the wrong size, some floor was already coming loose and they broke the kitchen skirting board instead of unscrewing it. We left a message on a paper to the workers (in EN because we didn't know their nationalities) and we also sent an email, on the email the company told us they were going to take care of it. We came back the next day and we found a xenophobic message on the paper saying in dutch "this is Amsterdam, use ABC" they did fixed the loose floor but then we saw more problems with the skirting board, our doors have a frame with their own skirting board that is lower than 15cm, instead of matching both heights, they just left a big gap between those, I couldn't believe that people that are supposed to be experienced did this. We sent another email and they said it was going to be fixed and it was not finished.

Next day they told us it was finished, we went and we saw not only the gaps were not done but so many other issues that you can see in the pictures, no finishing touches, places on the house without flooring, ugly edges, gaps between the skirting boards, HUGE gaps between skirting board and the floor, the floor not being levelled at all despite them charging for it, you can place a marble on the floor and it will roll.

We went this time to the store to talk about how can this be fixed and we were met with gaslighting telling us this was normal, that they told their workers not to leave the xenophobic message but they didn't listened, that the floor is levelled but not "water levelled" and that that was normal, after we showed our frustration and asking them to fix the issues the woman screamed at us and simply left us there, we had to call another worker who was basically ignoring what was happening. After a bit they calmed down and apologized, they came back to the house to fix some issues, not all where btw I had to tell the guy to just cut a little piece of skirting board to fill the gaps with the doors because he had no idea how to fix it and said "my colleagues are making my job very difficult"

Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless for some reason I want their house to look ugly, I don't how's their window work but if it's similar to their flooring work, then it can't be good. Terrible customer service, no finishing touches and very expensive for the unprofessional service they offer

Omdat wij nog geen raambekleding hadden vanwege het plaatsen van nieuwe dakkapellen zijn we bij Hasker Kroon terecht gekomen en hebben gekozen voor een rolgordijn van Luxaflex. Daar zijn we erg goed geholpen. Alles goed opgemeten en naar tevredenheid nog net voor de kerst geplaatst. Dit rolgordijn is super en voldoet aan onze eisen. We zijn dan ook dik tevreden.

In 2023 voor alle ramen Luxaflex zonwering en gordijnen gekocht. Na een jaar bleken bij 3 van de Luxaflexsystemen het remmechanisme niet goed te werken, waarschijnlijk omdat de stof te zwaar is. Hasker Kroon heeft moeite gedaan en nieuwe, betere systemen geplaatst zonder verdere kosten. Heel erg fijn. Dit bedrijf kunnen we iedereen aanbevelen. Je betaalt voor kwaliteit en je krijgt dat ook volledig.
