These glass jars were packed so well that there is no way they can be broken in shipping. I searched a while to find apple butter with no sugar or artificial ingredients. This is absolutely delicious and I’m sorry I only ordered two jars.

Great taste and quality
I was hesitant to order online but I gave it a shot. I absolutely love the cherry butter. So much I ordered it again. I just wish the shipping cost was lower. It also is delivered within a week of order date.

Delivered to Former Address…
My pkg was delivered to my former address, not to my current address. I moved 3 years ago, so I doubt I put the wrong address on my order. Fortunately my friend bought the house and forwarded the pkg. You owe me $12.86 for postage to send the pkg to my current address.

I apologize that you are unhappy with your order process but we have to go with the information that was provided to us when the order was placed, unless our customers call us or email us after the order was placed to change it (as long as this is done before we ship the order). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all of the information provided was correct. We do see different billing/shipping addresses all the time. You didn't place a call to us until the day the package was out for delivery, so unfortunately we were not able to fix the incorrect address you provided us. Again, I apologize that this happened.

DAMSON PLUM JAM
I bought the Damson Plum jam a year ago at a store in North ga. I recently ran out and did a search for my favorite jam. Luckily I found it. The quality and taste is the best I've ever eaten. They shipped on time and were carefully wrapped. Great customer service. Thank you for making a quality product.

I'm happy to give this rating because it's rare in this day and age to find such very good quality products with customer service to match. I have bought EVERY ONE of the No Sugar Added Jams and OMG. The Apple Butter is especially my favorite but they are ALL good. We use them on a lot of Keto type breads but with Betty Crocker Surprise Muffin recipe, my family is always guessing which jams they are going to bite into. And now I see that they have a warehouse at 15 Glenn Bridge Road Unit F Arden, NC 28704 and on my next trip to N.C., I am going to stop in. Right now I am shopping for a windmill for my front garden and think I have found the right one. Harvest Array, please don't change a thing. I was a little worried about shipping…
I was a little worried about shipping and packaging, however packaging was very well done and put my mind to rest for future orders. The Black Bear Jam is delicious and will order again after I finish the 12 jars.
