The delivery was on time and very quick. It is really a present to open something from haru haru. The attention and love how they do this is wonderful. Thanks for that. Beside that the products are also wonderful.

ATTENZIONE, NON SONO PROFESSIONALI
ATTENZIONE! Se mai decidere di comprare o vi viene chiesto se volete collaborare con loro valutate bene perché poi vi trovate con la dogana da pagare NON rimborsano trovando scuse.
Avevo compilato un form per ricevere gratis i loro prodotti da sponsorizzare tramite i miei canali social. Ovviamente in nessuna mail erano riportate informazioni relative al pagamento degli oneri doganali, al giorno della consegna mi sono ritrovata 8,90€ da pagare. Ho pagato correttamente chiedendo ricevuta e l’ho inviata sia per email sia in dm su Instagram.
Per email non hanno risposto invece per Instagram dopo numerosi solleciti hanno risposto dicendo che non avrebbero rimborsato perché era indicato nella loro email. Ho mandato le prove che non era scritto da nessuna parte e ovviamente hanno smesso di rispondere.
Lasciate perdere, ci sono altri mille prodotti come questi a prezzi vantaggiosi e che non richiedono il pagamento della dogana

Hi Arianna, I think you have confused us with another company as we have never sent you sponsored products or to any influencers outside the Netherlands in the last years.
We have never contacted anyone for sponsorships and since we are based in the Netherlands and we only ship within EU countries, any shipment within the EU does not have to go through customs, hence no custom taxes if it is ordered and shipped directly from us.
You may want to double check and remove this false review!

Ciao Arianna, penso che tu ci abbia confuso con un'altra azienda perché non ti abbiamo mai inviato prodotti sponsorizzati o ad alcun influencer fuori dai Paesi Bassi negli ultimi anni.
Non abbiamo mai contattato nessuno per sponsorizzazioni e poiché la nostra sede è nei Paesi Bassi e spediamo solo all'interno dei paesi dell'UE, qualsiasi spedizione all'interno dell'UE non deve passare attraverso la dogana, quindi nessuna tassa doganale se viene ordinata e spedita direttamente da noi.
Potresti voler ricontrollare e rimuovere questa recensione falsa!
Store often closed
I really like the products and coming here, however it has been the third time coming to the shop and it being closed due to all sorts of circumstances mentioned on the door. It’s quite annoying as ordering online isn’t the same without the advice in the shop itself, I had to switch to another shop because of this.

Hello Thuraya, thank you for your message. Sorry to hear about your experience. But as we have indicated on our social media and also on our store, the reason why we are closed more often this year is due to the birth of our twins. Because we are a small family business, we will of course have to put our own family and our health first.
We are fortunate and proud to have built such a strong customer base in the Netherlands and are grateful for everyone's understanding in this situation.
Once we are ready to open as usual again we will notify this through our storefront, website, social media and Google, just like before.
We hope for your understanding.
