Had to pay nearly 40 euro plus my shipping and what I ordered first I had to pay like 15 euro in post office and now I have to pay around 25 euro again in the post office

Hi. I am very sorry that you are dissapointed with your order from us. It is very clear in our International shipping terms that you do not pay UK VAT and thus this is removed from the price for you, however, you do have to pay the import duties in your own country. This is your responsibility as is clearly detailed in our delivery terms as well as the information being emailed to you. I don't know what it is you are being charged there where you claim it is, 40euros, then 15 euros then 25euros, that makes no sense at all it should be one charge. Since your total order value is actually £58.54 I can't see any reason why you would be charged 80euros to bring it into the country. Perhaps you should be questioning what they are charging you for? Since you didn't contact us for advice or assistance we have been unaware of this situation.
