Cannot fault the item, great laptop, however…
They took a £50 random payment out the blue for ‘insurance’, on top of my £167 p/m lease, which was hidden in my small print, and not in the actual lease repayments.
They then took a further £120 for an ‘admin fee’, again, on top of the £167 p/m lease, something which, again, is hidden in the small print, and was never explained to me when signing up, quite deceptive practices really.
Other thing I really wasn’t happy with was the amount of bombardment calls & emails asking “am I still interested”, I was at the time, in ICU with pneumonia, and really wasn’t interested in having them all me so many times throughout the day.
If you just explained from the offset “there is a £120 admin fee, and a £50 fee for insurance” I’d have been fine with it. It’s the sneaky way you went about it that’d annoyed me (whether it’s in my lease or not).
Other than that, like I said, the laptop itself is great, just what I need, and can’t really fault the speed they got the item dispatched to me, just be more open and honest with your customers.
