Once initial email problems were resolved, the HS team were very quick to suggest tests we could perform, and when those failed they sent out a replacement unit immediately. Great service.

I had an issue with my charger and reached out to customer support. The team was excellent—very professional, responsive, and fast in addressing my concern.
