Carísimo, por una hamburguesa con patatas 24€ casi.
La música mala y el sitio era como gris, no agradable. La calidad de la comida ha bajado una barbaridad.
Lo único, la camarera era simpática y atenta.

Online casino is terrible. Somehow they can’t verify my identity but having no trouble stealing my money! Unable to verify transactions online but somehow they still take money. Card was info was removed and yep you guessed it they are still taking money! Stay away from them. They lack honesty, transparency and integrity!

Tjaa, det var vist ikke deres dag, og deres koncept er nemt, først henviser tjeneren til manageren, så henviser manageren til en manager højere oppe, men som jo ikke er i restauranten. Vi ventede 50 minutter på to burgere, drinksene kostede henholdsvis 127 kr. og 172 kr. ikke de billigste, begge glas var fyldt med is til over kanten, så mængden af faktisk væske i din drink er gone efter to-tre slurke, komplet røveri...Det havde været så nemt for dem og undgå denne anmeldelse, der skulle bare siges" vi beklager, jeg får lige lavet en ny drink til dig", men i stedet henviser de til "corporate policies" og at det er ude af deres hænder..så er det nemt og gå på arbejdet i servicebranchen. Kan på det varmeste anbefale alle andre steder i København.

The hotel in Biloxi MS, accommodations were pretty good. I had one problem with the shower nozzle i couldn't get just warm water, it was scalding hot. The food was pretty good, i ordered from room service. The casino, well, it sucked pretty much. Didn't have the games I wanted to play, one of the floor people told me they have to pay fees to have certain games on the floor, so they don't have them. Like wheel of fortune games, triple diamond, double diamond, hot ice, etc. The slots were so tight, i don't mind spending money on gambling as long as it seems like it is fair, but it was not so. I think the machines are programmed for a certain percentage and that's that. No one was winning, I didn't hear any bells going off on the floor at all. Just an all out terrible slot experience. I walked to the Beau Rivage next door and had better luck and the machines I prefer to play.

Vi var tidligere rigtig glade for både restauranten og konceptet (som stadig kan levere i andre storbyer), men hold nu op hvor er det blevet ringe!
Der var piv koldt ovenpå, hvor vi kun kunne få plads trods masser af ledige borde i stuen, hvor der også var varmere.
Næsten 400,- for et stykke skiveskåret oksekød men sovs og halvkolde pommes, uden grønsager eller andet til.
Deres ribs havde nærmest ingen barbecue på, så vi måtte bede om ekstra (men til gengæld må de have tabt chilien over dem) serveret med coleslaw uden dressing. Og kyllingen var så tør at det støvede. Et stykke laks så tyndt, at det nærmest var pinligt, uden nogen form for sauce eller noget. Og alt i alt heller ikke den bedste kvalitet som man er vant til hos HRC.
Slutteligt, var samtlige toiletter, med undtagelse af 2 “Out of order”. Og det ene af de to fungerende var stoppet. Da vi nævnte det til værtinden var svaret, at hun godt vidste det og havde sagt det til din manager. Jeg foreslog at de også satte seddel på det sidste ikke fungerende toilet, og svaret var blot en religion af at de godt vidste det.
Hvad er der sket for jer i København!! Vi ses desværre IKKE igen.

Absolutely loved our visit! The coffee was outstanding, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Special thanks to Sofi, who made our experience truly exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy and genuine care really stood out.

Hard Rock at Nashville was very welcoming for my whole family. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

We were visiting from Cincinnati, Ohio, just coming off a cruise, and decided to stop by Hard Rock Miami. I am so overwhelmed by the amazing food and impeccable service we received from Antoine, Efrain, and another manager (I didn’t catch his name), and the shop manager who was great at his job making sure things fit proper (I appreciate you). It was my birthday, and they truly made my experience unforgettable. Efrain is honestly one of the fastest and most efficient servers I’ve ever seen! The entire team created such a great vibe — we need more servers like them. I will definitely be back! Antoine, thank you so much for making my night so special!

Talk about a complete scam anygame you play you will win the first hand than loose every hand consecutively shits got a whole new meaning of scam stay away from this place every game is rigged so bad it’s gotta be illegal imagine playing 25 hands of blackjack and the dealer hits for BJ 15 times in a row than hits on 20 10times after that and you got dealt a 13 or 15 everytime out all those hands yea that’s this place the win rate is 0 it’s sad honestly how they don’t even give people the chance to win

This place is the biggest scam going. From thier so called algorithm, they run thier point system with ,that takes more money every year to maintain a certain level . To thier machines that you can feed all night and never hit shit. This review is for hardrock casino at Fire Mountain, the greenest, biggest scam of a casino going.
Steady flow of tweekers that leave trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The tile is cracking on the floor and they do nothing to repair it. Bottom line this place is a shit hole and should be avoided.

Sono stato diverse volte all’Hard Rock Cafè di Firenze e mi sento sempre a casa. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, veramente gentile, disponibile e con il sorriso in faccia. In particolar modo un plauso a Lucia e a Gianluigi, numeri 1!!! Gli hamburger sono spaziali, le patatine top, e la cheese cake….. la fine del mondo!!! Poi free refill di coca cola…. E prezzi assolutamente nella media per un posto come Firenze. Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

Man listen , whom ever is responsible for responding to emails about situations regarding accounts needs to be in someone else office because for 1 it don't take 3 or 4 days to verify somebody account. these people put my account on closed becuause I got 2 different phone numbers. I clearly told these people about my change of phone number. im on my 4 day and hard rock still havent open my account. This people is full of shit . Im say it again these people are racists and full shit.

Yeah unfortunately I do! We were not treated well by the staff. Made to feel bothersome becos of the noise and awful tables, the table they gave us was the worst possible, asking to move, seemed to annoy all the staff when there was plenty tables available, and yes it may well be that u are assigned a waiter but none of them were any good at their job, luckily I wasn't the only one who complained about the exact same thing. The staff were rude, rhr place was cold loud too bright and generally crap. The food was not great either. Expensive for what it was. Never going back.
