The person at the receiving end was happy to have the gift.
However, no notification about completion of delivery, no option for tracking. I still don't know if the box arrived on the day or one day later..

Still waiting for delivery despite helpful customer service person
The parcel wasn’t delivered initially. I contacted THB. They noted a local phone number and assured me they would instruct the courier to text the recipient. Nothing happened as expected and we are still waiting for the delivery. The person I spoke to was helpful. But… This was a get well gift from Australia to my daughter who had a significant operation.

I would firstly like to apologise for any courier issues with the order.
As requested, the order did have an initial attempt by DPD on the 19th which was unsuccessful at the location and resulted in the parcel being sent to a pick up shop. We are now investigating with DPD to have this solved as soon as possible and will have a replacement sent to your recipient.
At Happy Box we always strive to provide the best customer service and to be available to answer any queries. We feel the 1-Star review is very unreflective of our service as we have initially attempted the delivery as requested. We will do all we can to rectify the problem.

Wonderful products and experience!
My friend moved back to the UK from San Francisco, and I wanted to help make the overwhelm a little less. I curated a fun box with luxurious little items and she hasn't stopped talking about it! The quality of the gifts was wonderful and the packaging was even more lovely than I expected. The package arrived on time and I was provided with delivery updates. The whole experience was top notch!

Lovely Ritual Spa Gift Box
I ordered the Ritual box through Perkbox as this was a prize I won as 'Employee of the Month'.
There was an issue with the code which meant that I was unable to order the ritual box.
However, as soon as Perkbox passed this issue onto Happy Box London, the order was shipped quickly and efficiently. Product was lovely particularly the packaging
