I purchased the TangleFree, Dual Dog Leash with Tangle-Free Swivel as a Christmas present for my wife. The leash was not used until after Christmas and only 3 times total. When my wife used it for the 4th time on 2/5, one of the leads just snapped. It was not a failed stitch or plastic part, just simply the nylon lead. Because the purchase was past the 30 day money back guarantee period, my email about the quality of the product was met with an AI generated, form email informing me there is nothing they will do. I am left to believe that Happy Luna is in the business of being a middleman for inferior products and offers no recourse for unhappy customers, regardless of the circumstances. The other reviews support my assertion that this is a Horrible Company.

I purchased the tunnel for a Christmas gift. It took one month to receive it. It came from Hong Kong. I should have done my homework.
After waiting so long the tunnel came defective. The zipper came broken, This cat tunnel does not look like the picture on the website. The quality is bad. The cats can not use it.
I have reached out to customer service with pictures
three times for a refund but they have not reached back out regarding my refund.
I purchased the cat scratcher too and again not good quality. Waste of money. The price points are high for their quality of products.

I ordered a coat for my dog. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I paid 30. For the coat. I ordered a size medium. Over a month of waiting for it, I finally received it. Opened it up and it’s more like a super small. I don’t think it’d even fit a Chihuahua. I have a Maltese. The return address is in China (figures) they do not pay return postage. That’s $10. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!! I asked everyone in the P.O if they had or knew anyone who had a very small dog. I’ll give it away before I pay for the postage. Bad company, bad business practices.

I bought the retractable double leash for my daughter for Christmas she didn’t get to use it until last week.She has two mineature schnauzers one of them pulled the leash to the end and now it won’t retract back in.Contacted company they will do nothing about this .I understand it’s been over a month since I bought it but come on first time using it and it broke!!! I will not be purchasing anything else from this company not a very good product I’d say!!!!

Cat bed (“scratch lounge”) smelled awful and our cats wouldn’t go near it. Garbage

Absolute garbage! Broke the first day. I emailed the company as soon as it happened. I got no response. I emailed them again and I was told the warranty is only 30 days. Scam!

This company is fraudulent. It’s been 60 days and I still haven’t received my dog bed. They immediately sent me an email after my order saying the order was in process. After a month I tried contacting them and they were awful to deal with. Do not buy anything from this company. They should be shut down.

This company will send you an email to acknowledge your order and tell you that it has shipped, but your order will never arrive. If you follow up with them, they will send you canned responses, just to keep you hanging on. This is a fraudulent company and I would strongly advise you do not order from them.

Finally received product after waiting. The ball doesn't move around like as advertised, my cat was bored. Want to return and refund but company expects customer to ship to Austria!

It has been three weeks since I ordered something from Happy Luna, and I haven't received the product yet. I'm not sure if I will. At this point, I'm pretty irritated and do not recommend you save a few dollars by going with a company in China. I'm not holding out hopes the quality of the product will be high if and when it does come. Products from Chewy come in two to three days. I have never been disappointed by Chewy. I didn't find this product on Chewy, or I would have never strayed. But, you don't have to make the same mistake.

Received defective product. Contacted the company for refund or replacement. All I get are obviously English template replies asking me the same info over and over again. Every time I send the info I am them inundated with spam texts and emails from out of the country.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Placed an order and noticed the shipping info was wrong. Sent them an email as well as contacted there live chat during chat hours and got no response. After 3 days they emailed back saying there was nothing they could do because the item already shipped. Terrible customer service.

Leash broke 29 days in I reported it to them and said it’s over 30 days and they will not replace it!!!!!! WTF

I ordered 2 dog beds, small and medium. The small was too small for my chihuahua. I’ve been trying to get an answer on how to return it. I’ve not gotten any help. Absolutely no customer service. I’ll never order from Happy-Luna again.

Very poor quality and even worse customer service. I literally asked them not to send and order 1 min after placing the order by accident and they sent both from Austria and would not send a return label. This company is trash!!

Buyer beware!! This is a fraudulent company nothing but a scam do not order from this company.

Okay. After reading other reviews I've had it! I ordered the double leash, did not make copy (guess wouldn't matter) as gave them all other info. They ask for the info I do not have! They can figure it out with my name, address, email, etc. I've done this too many times with other companies. Guess another refund to my credit card in order. Disgusting.

Horrible experience and poor customer service responses via email. I ordered the double leash and it was sent to my old address. Yes, this was my mistake but I asked for a duplicate to be sent or a refund. They only provided a 10% off discount code. Will NOT use this code or purchase from them again as half of the time their website doesn't work.

I ordered a cat toy that stopped working after a week. Contacted the company. They responded saying my “concern will be escalated “ no response since then. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered the dual leash on 10/31 it has not arrived yet. Contacted company via email and they say it’s on the way but the tracking info doesn’t make any sense! Do not order from them, this is a scam company!
