Stansted / Maldon airport transfer.
The outbound airport transfer was in time but the vehicle was too small - driver was very helpful but we did have to cram ourselves in with luggage on our laps & my wife’s walker wedged behind the drivers seat.
The return transfer was initially booked for the wrong date - quickly sorted & no extra charge. On the correct day the driver was bang on time in a bigger vehicle & was also super helpful.
It took a lot of emails back & forth to get the prices & book the taxi’s - but email responses were always quick.

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. Did experience a delay, but was contacted and informed and given the option to cancel. The drivers have always been courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep using this service.

Your services are good, but I requested for a receipt for my company even before going forward to do the payment to book for the taxi, but up till now I have not been able to get my receipt for your services charge of £22.80, on 23/09/2025.

Quite unreliable at turning up at pre booked pickup time, advice to book 15-30mins earlier than you need to accommodate for this. Rarely an apology given when late and has happened on more than 1 occasion now

Really lovely driver - scary driving !
Really lovely driver - but I felt VERY unsafe when he overtook a bus without checking properly - and a car was coming from the opposite direction. Instead of stopping because the obstruction was on his side of the road - he just kept driving and the other driver was forced to stop to let him past. Needless to say, the other driver was very angry and I was very nervous. Safety has to be of utmost importance when carrying passengers and that was NOT the case today! I honestly only use Happycabs if forced. No confidence in them for many reasons.

Same Journey as always but in reverse
I have used this company on many occasions from the Maldon office and found them to be a very reasonable price. I ordered a taxi today from the south Woodham office for a similar journey as this office was closer to my work and got charged double the price. I find this unacceptable.

Used Happicabs to collect us from the Radio 2 Party in the Park at Hylands Park they were really good -
texted with booking confirmation number and were easy to contact on landline to request an earlier pick up - great transfer back to our hotel with lovely driver.
