This firm is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I paid them £400 for property searches that they claimed would be ordered immediately weeks later, after hearing nothing, I was told that they still hadn’t even ordered them! When I decided to move to another firm (ironically, in the same building), they had the audacity to call me, act defensive, and complain about my decision instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence.

They promised to refund my £400 yet weeks later, I’m still waiting. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Their communication is appalling, their staff are poorly trained, and their customer service is non-existent.

Save yourself the stress and frustration do not use this firm under any circumstances. There are plenty of other firms who actually do their jobs professionally and treat clients with respect.
