I can’t say enough good things about Angela—she is truly the best, both professionally and personally. From the very first time I met her 7 months ago, she made me feel completely at ease. Her warmth, honesty, and care made me feel like I was in the right hands—and she was absolutely right about the amazing results I would see.

Angela is not just a skilled Aesthetic Therapist, she’s like home to me. She combines her expertise with genuine compassion, and that’s a rare combination. Thanks to her, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

The entire clinic team deserves praise as well. Everyone is incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive. You can feel that they truly care about their clients. It’s a place where you feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of.

Booked my appointment for a WOW facial for me and my sister. We got there looking forward to our treat and excited for a day of pampering. My sister on arrival
Was told that due to retinol use in her daily skincare she couldn’t have her facial. (something that could have been cleared up beforehand). I was sat down and for at least half an hour given a sales talk on which products I should be bying for my skin( without the practicioner even examining my skin) and was given negative remarks about my skin looking dull. The treatment then proceeded and felt very rushed and no prep/ not a relaxing environment. Then afterwards I was told not to go in the sun? It was a sunny day outside and I was not prepared. ( I should have been told about this so I prepared before). I had to ask when I can start my retinol again- no information was provided about after care. Overall a very poor service. Not an enjoyable experience.

This is the best clinic I’ve ever been to, my friends and I fly in from Dubai specially to go to this clinic! It’s perfection! The machines are amazing and high tech. The medical assistants are so sweet and kind. I love everything Hannah London is doing to make people more fabulous!

So sorry for negative review. Booked appointment, Showed up and they don’t have any record. Just imagine their customer service at start. Lucky me found their customer service at start. And avoid the treatment which I assume have to be like their customer service.

Went for a back, neck and shoulder massage, the therapist Lynda. The treatment was 30 minutes, Lynda was very unprofessional yawning several times throughout the massage, speaking the to alexia and other people knocking on the door whilst the treatment was taking place. Later that was my whole back was covered in bruises, I called the Colindale branch and advised the following day that I’m in rather a lot of pain and struggling to breathe. I’ve had many massages before and never had an issue like this. I asked Lynda to ease the pressure but she continued to apply pressure, which made it uncomfortable. I spoke to Najat assistant manager at Hannah salon the following day and advice about the bruising, she asked for pictures which I sent in via email. Had to chase the email again several days later, as I didn’t have a reply from the one I sent. To be told that I had a “reaction” and the pictures I said were too zoomed. Najat asked me to send pictures of the bruising which I did. Hannah only offered me a complementary massage, which I won’t be taking with how the massage went and the interruptions, also with how Najat has dealt with this. 0 stars avoid at all cost if you want to be robbed for your money and come out worse than when you went in.

My therapist Roxanna was incredibly knowledgeable and caring, with a no nonsense attitude. she is clearly expert in her profession and as a newbie I was very reassured and delighted with the results. Going again soon, better than expensive skin care products anyday!

Neda, carried out a hydro facial on my partner for the first time. She is great company and is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She advised us of the benefits and provided many tips with a step by step briefing of the stages of the treatment. Despite my partner having sensive skin and a beard, she successfully cleared his white heads and focused on his areas of concern. My partner has officially understood the necessities of a good skin care routine and finally sees the difference in what a great hydrafacial can do. Thank you Neda for a great service, me and my partner hope to see you again in a few months for our next facial!

I have been using Hannah London since they opened 5 years ago. As I am still a regular customer it is obvious they are a classy 5 star establishment offering a range of treatments. Although I haven’t had asthmatics I have recommended them to many locals who are completely satisfied. 5 stars for my treatments, Laser, wedding hair and makeup, hair and a variety of facials and massage. I cannot think of one negative to say. A gorgeous sanctuary in Hendon. Service, staff and treatments all 5 star. I would not change Hannah.Oh and love the new decor!! Client care is the priority here. Thank you everyone at Hannah London ❤️

Not happy! I had lips fillers done by Dr Kaywan and i was very disappointed. It didnt even last for a week and when i went back to tell him, he deny that he did something wrong. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hannah london is a real gem , nothing like it in north London. Such a wonderful atmosphere.
I had a balayage and ha e started a laser hair removal course.
With fantastic results so far . Can’t wait to go back.
