Great small lamp table
The oak lamp table is a perfect addition to our lounge. Well made with a drawer to keep items away from our dog.

Good selection of well crafted furniture. Had a few delivery issues but Megan in customer services was extremely helpful and always kept me up to date. Furniture arrived safely.

The couriers was supposed to come Friday but turned up on Monday instead, that's why no one was available to give them the packages.
Customer service assured me that APC would collect today. We arranged a safe place for them to be collected from, via your customer service department and their contact at APC. Received an email last night confirming APC collecting today.
Now at 7pm, the stuff has still not been collected. This is beyond a joke now. Abysmal service and you still have our money for damaged and unwanted goods.
Update on review of 12/3/25 as unable to edit.
Waited all day for APC courier to come and collect these faulty goods. No collection and no update. No refund yet either.
Tried to call Hallowood's customer service on their email- doesn't connect. Find two phone numbers on their website for "contact us" but both do not connect and are just "the number you have called has not been recognised." Try the one attached to this actual site, it is not recognised! I'm beginning to think this might be a scam company.
Next option is to raise a chargeback. Will never use this company again and looking to make complaint to B&Q who stocked the items on their website.

We are sorry to learn that the courier never turned up to collect on your chosen day. Rest assured our customer service team has put in a complaint with the courier regarding this. The phone lines for our customer service team are open till 1pm on a Friday, we are sorry that you missed us.
We can see that the courier attempted the collection on Monday unfortunately no one was present, our customer service team has informed us that they have rescheduled this for you with your safe instructions.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment this has caused.
