A whole new experience & a full workout!
I've been riding the Halfbike for a few years and it's definitely one if the most fun and unique ways to train, move and commute.
There is a learning curve to it but just like a new skill, you jut need time and practice. Once it clicks it gets way fun and i tuitive to ride it.
You're constantly active on it. keeping balance, steering and using your whole body - it's a full body workout. A mix between cycling, running and skiing and i highly recommend it for people who enjoy movement, balance training and overall fitness.
