Another letdown by Haart Estate Agents (Covering Pontypool. Cwmbran Branch)
After reading a similarly poor experience about the Coventry branch, I unfortunately had an almost identical situation with the Haart Estate Agents branch in covering Pontypool, Cwmbran Branch, South Wales.
I arrived slightly before my scheduled viewing on Prince Street and called the office three minutes before the appointment. I was assured the agent would arrive within five minutes. They never showed up.
After waiting 17 minutes past the appointment time, I called back to find out what was happening. Mid-conversation, the representative suddenly claimed they couldn't hear me due to a "bad line" and hung up. There were absolutely no signal issues with my previous call or any subsequent calls from that location. It felt like a convenient excuse because they simply forgot or couldn't be bothered to attend.
Haart never called back to explain or apologize. Furthermore, they seem to avoid using email, making it incredibly difficult to get written accountability for their poor service.
• Sellers: Avoid them if you want an agent who actually cares about your interests, find an alternative.
• Buyers: Be prepared to be let down and have your time wasted. They are completely unreliable.

Worst and most unreliable "estate agent" ever. If you ever sell and choose Haart as the estate agent, you won't get far with these crooks! Many months had gone by and not a single viewing on my property, AND THEY "LOST" OUR HOUSE KEYS. As soon as we changed to a new estate agent, we got a buyer within weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would like to thank Callum for being so attentive when looking for a home for myself and my son. He made sure that we looked at the best places possible for us. I was unfortunately away when we had block viewings, but kept in regular contact with myself while my mum, dad and partner viewed the properties and made sure to book me back in to view the best properties as soon I returned.
