Belinda helped me throughout the renting process, she was helpful,honest and answered every question even when I was texting outside of working hours.

I need help with a flat share and Belinda at Haarts in Clapham is reliably in contact and very helpful .

Our experience with Haart was extremely poor and dragged on for over 8 months while we were trying to have our names removed from a rental contract. Despite providing notice and replacement tenants promptly, we remained legally tied to a property we no longer lived in due to issues that were never properly managed.

We ultimately had to issue a formal complaint due to the ongoing delays and lack of progress.

Communication from Natalie Black was particularly frustrating – responses were slow, often inaccurate, and lacked any clear plan. While she repeatedly blamed the landlord, there was never any acknowledgement of the significant communication failures and delays on the agency’s side.

Even after escalation, progress remained slow and reactive rather than proactive. We had to chase constantly just to move things forward. Contracts were eventually issued at the last minute, and the entire process felt disorganised and poorly handled throughout.

Overall, a very stressful experience with little accountability or ownership. I would not recommend.

My experience of letting with Haart Clapham Common has been excellent. The process has moved very smoothly and quickly. In particular, Lorraine has dealt extremely promptly with all my queries and answered every question I have had. She has kept me updated through the whole process. Unlike other letting companies, I felt like Haart has my best interests at heart and wanted to provide a good service.

Had a pretty terrible experience with this agency last year through our previous lettings agent, who I believe has now left (his name was Pasquale, fyi). We've been given a new property manager recently, Jennie, and she is a huge improvement on what we had previously. She is quick to respond and handled an admin request from me in a matter of hours.
