Paid for full management, ended up doing their job while being hit with hidden fees!

• Deteriorating Service: They put on a great front initially to win my business, but over the years, the level of service has completely fallen off a cliff.
• Persistent Ghosting: Emails go unanswered and phone calls are ignored, making it incredibly frustrating to get a simple status update.
• Paying for Nothing: Under a full management contract, they are supposed to take the stress away, but instead, I have to constantly chase them to get things moving.
• No Accountability: The staff never own up to mistakes or poor handling, choosing to deflect blame rather than fix the operational issues.
• Ridiculous Fee Escalation: They continually introduce unjustifiable new charges while the actual quality of care and response time remains abysmal.

Stay away from Haart Estate Agents!!!

Annabel has patiently worked attending to all my requests for information regarding the HMO property Haart manages for me. She always replies promptly and will endeavour to deal with any problems which arise or she knows who within her team she can inform to ensure I am as fully supported as possible, with our joint management of my HMO.

I found her very prompt in reply, good communication skills and has been handling my issues professionally.

Popped into the Taunton branch on the off chance following a decision to relocate back to the area, in the hope that I could find a property to rent. Lettings seem to be going as quick as they are listed in the current property market!

I was greeted by Sarah Foxford as soon as I stepped in the door with a big smile and welcoming upbeat aptitude which really made all the difference having just stepped out of a neighbouring opposition agents who gave the impression that I was just an inconvenience as they spoke at a million mph, couldn’t wait to get all my personal data to pass on to telemarketers and add me to the list of viewings to be done before virtually pushing me out the door!

Sarah went out of her way to show me the visuals she had of the property held on file and provided me with all the relevant information that I needed despite it currently being decorated by the landlord which shall only be an obvious improvement to the overall aesthetics. Sarah also elaborated on various important factors that are key to the landlord and prospective tenant.

It is clear to me, a property lawyer with many years experience of working with agents, that Sarah has paid very specific attention to detail for both her landlord client and, her prospective tenants and personalised her service to her audience.

Sarah is an asset to the Haarts team and I hope to be securing the house she has shown to me imminently.

Janet was really helpful in ensuring the move of tenants in to my property when smoothly. Everything was stress free and she kept in regular contact throughout.

Worst Estate Agent in The Taunton and Yeovil area.
I asked to view a house 3 weeks ago via Rob Beard the manager. He’s failed to call me back after ringing multiple times chasing and even being promised a call back by Rob after speaking to the lettings manager Ben whom we were going to let our house out with as we are a landlord, still nothing.
After 3 weeks I requested via Nathan one of the agents that I wanted to make a complaint about Rob and his failures as an estate agent and still no phone call back or confirmed viewing or anyone to even complain to.
1. If someone asks to view a house you should ring them back to at least try and make the viewing happen.
2. If the owner is being difficult you should let the person trying to view know and try to sell them something else more so as they are a potential landlord.
3. Why would any one put a house on the market with you when you fail to ring potential viewers back?
4. It’s no wonder your branch manager dances between agencies as he can’t get the basics right. Any vendors viewing this, I wouldn’t use Harrts, they claim they are too busy and don’t actually book viewings in when people want to buy the house!

Hopefully by writing how bad the service is at Haarts you might improve and actually call back to arrange the viewing but we live in hope.
Happy for HQ to ring me so I can actually log my complaint about the terrible service and B actually view the house in yeovil we want to view.

Service generally has been good and people have been friendly and helpful. At times maybe communication could have been clearer particularly around charges.

Excellent support from the property manager (Bethany Jenkins) and the rest of the team at Haart Lettings (Taunton). I would definitely recommend getting in touch with the team if you are looking to rent in the area.

Had a couple of issues with our rent payments, Beth kindly alerted us of this and was on hand to ensure the issues were rectified within a couple of hours. Thank you to Beth for being so great at keeping us in the loop and sorting this problem out for us- every time I have spoken to Beth on the phone she has been incredibly helpful and efficient.

Have had a really poor experience with Haart's property management team from day 1.

On the day of key collection, the carpet was dirty, the property stank of cigarettes and melted ice creams were left in the freezer (despite the inventory stating it was empty).

A week after moving in, a crack formed in the roof above our juliette balcony which leaks significantly whenever it rains. 4 months later, the crack is still there, despite our repeated complaints.

Communication has been poor throughout, which has resulted in me effectively having to do their job for them, by contacting the various parties involved directly.

My experience with Haart was made extremely easy and stress free thanks to the lovely team who work there. The negotiator I worked closely with, Anisha, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she always went the extra mile to ensure I was fully taken care of. I would recommend the service, Haart provide, to anyone.

Great honest information and very approachable team. Both Daniel & Anisha are a credit to the company.
