I had an excellent experience with Haart Estate Agents in Thornton Heath, especially with Agent Mo. He first helped my dad sell his house, and when it came time to sell again two years later, we knew exactly who to contact.
Mo was professional, approachable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly and always made time to answer any questions. His knowledge of the local market and commitment to getting the sale through made a real difference.

Trying to sell this property was so stressful but Mo made the process feel much more straightforward. I am very grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Mo and the Haart Thornton Heath team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Haarts are extremely stalky, calling every single day for around 3 full months telling me they had a buyer for my flat and he was desperate to buy my flat. When I asked why he was going through them and not the agent marketing it they could not give any answer except he does not get on with the agent marketing my flat.
Funny because if i had instructed them and been willing to part with 5% of the sales i bet anything they would have forced me into reducing my asking price and so diminished my chances of even walking away 20k short.
So when i took screen shots of my call list which showed around 30 marketing calls over a month they stopped..but i now find marketing leaflets coming through my letterbox from them so the stalking and giving me false hope has not ceased as yet.
I bet also that if i had instructed them this mysterious buyer who's so desperate for my particular flat (at a low price) would vanish

Terrible experience with the Thornton Heath branch, they never answer their branch phone and it always ends up going to the concierge and when the concierge would send an alert with my details to hopefully get someone to call back no one ever did. There’s no point even calling a mobile because they don’t pick up either. Have never even managed a viewing as they’ve all been cancelled last minute and no one has tried to rearrange it. Would recommend going to the branch physically or else you’ll be stuck ringing every day for a week.
