Avoid if you are a tenant!

We had a terrible experience with this agency. Long delays dealing with mould, mice and broken windows in the property. We were repeatedly lied too (such as our contract stating our money was in a DPS scheme when it wasn't) and talked down too by staff. Our rent was raised multiple times in a year and problems took months to be dealt with.

I never normally write reviews but I wish I'd had someone tell me before I signed a contract.

Shocking, poor customer service and don’t return calls. I would not market or use this company. Was waiting all morning and told today person was sick and someone else on TOIL, so whole company comes to a halt.

Well following my last review of Haart they have held up my ‘payed’ for tendency agreement and paper work for as long as possible, hindering a smooth transition into my next chosen agent causing stress for not only myself but the tenant in my property. Nick OReilly at the Brixton branch has been anything but helpful, saying he’ll ask Cintia to forward paperwork as he’s just going into a meeting with her!!! No response from either for over a week.
They replied to my last review saying…. they thought they’d resolved the issue. Please don’t believe them. They cannot be trusted. Wasted a huge amount of money. Please don’t do the same.

If there was a zero star I would have put that. Do not answer phones or emails. We reported an external patio door was broken and wide open in the middle of winter for 3 months and they failed to respond to our requests but when we had to move out due to the temperature they charged for the repair along with many other unreasonable items. Criminals

Echoing similar comments from other unlucky tenants who felt like they were shouting into the void. For almost 2 years, we would have to kick and scream to get any response to emails or phone calls that went unanswered. Our primary contact, Chloe Bird, was beyond useless and appeared to be allergic to any form of effective communication. Our entire experience was incredibly frustrating and was the driving reason for moving. Towards the end of the tenancy we started contacting the landlord directly for any matters and sidestepped Haart where possible - completely eroding the need for Haart's woeful services. They don't bring any value to the tenants or the landlord. For our subsequent rental we deliberately avoided any Haart listed properties and would recommend other potential tenants and clients to do the same.

The lack of communication and care throughout the last 18 months with Haart has been truly shocking. We have spent endless hours emailing and phonecalling, without response, and the customer service has made me lose all trust in the system. Chloe Bird in particular has been useless, and we've been really upset with how the whole situation has been handled. Landlords, please do your tenants the service of not using Haart!

Chloe Bird has been a great help in managing this Haart rental listing. She has been prompt and effective in dealing with my requests ranging from inventory issues to fixing the exhaust extraction.

I have guaranteed my daughter’s share of a rental in Camberwell. On 6 occasions when a change has been agreed with the Landlord I have received a demand letter before the tenants and Landlord knew about it. Please avoid.

Adam Khan has repeatedly let me down for viewings and has even arranged them when he knows he is on annual leave, leaving me standing in the rain and wasting my time. Called me to tell me he has my viewings scheduled in the past in his calendar - could not be more disorganised. Do NOT recommend.

I had tenants who were unccoperative with processing the dilapidations against the damage depositm although accepted liability.

Chloe led me through the process to a successful conclusion.
