Awful experience ways to order for pre-order I was told one dates then another and then I was ignored for over a week it finally arrived and their sizing is nothing like advertised also with no stretch I mean UK 8 this would maybe fit somebody a UK size two now have to pay to return myself after all the messabout and no reply from them

Purchased the gorgeous Victoria dress on 3rd December. It stated on pre order 8th December. It was delivered so fast on the 6th. So pleased. The quality is another league. I've always gone to Gypsabella for that something different that stands out and amazing quality x

I've ordered several items from Gybsabella the past couple of years and the fit and quality is second to none, even when I had an issue with an item I contacted the girls and it was sorted ASAP the only downside is I need every item in every colour 🤣 cant wait to see what 2026 has in store for these girls who work around the clock to produce amazing pieces 😊

Customer service is non existent here its impossible to get any help once you have placed an order i will never shop here again, no reply to instagram messages no reply to whatapp messages no reply to emails, buyers beware

I'm really not happy at all as I ordered with Gypsabella official on Thursday 04th of December . I spent £95 on 2 items which I was needing for Saturday night the 6th of December and I paid for next day delivery. All ive had is a email from DPD telling me that they have my order but no parcel yet its nearly 1 week late and its also only my very first order ive placed with yourselves . Can you please sort my order and my delivery out ASAP please thank you very much.

I was so happy with the items I recieved the quality was amazing and nice and thick the lace from the dress was the perfect material and feels well put together and secure with no worry of ripping. Do not buy unless you can wait 2/3 weeks. Xmas drop Item due to be shipped week commencing 24th, & not received, refund has been requested after an was email sent with discount code and offer for refund, received a dry response after requesting refund.Totally unreliable shipping times which is a shame and still not heard anything about my refund after requesting it on 2/12/25.

I ordered the lace black dress. It arrived and it’s beautiful really heavy lace, just was to big. Returned waiting on refund.. I always received an email back over my return.. would recommend the dress it was beautiful.

i have ordered from gypsabella plenty of times and quality is amazing each time ! she even sourced a coat for me when it was almost out of stock and shipped it to ireland 🇮🇪 🙏🏻 customer service is always quick with responses and delivery time is always when estimated! my favourite brand all my friends know how much i love this brand i don’t stop raving about it 😂❤️
