We had two pieces of equipment delivered for our home gym! Fantastic quality good communication! But just very heavy equipment. Precor is so well engineered amazing professional gym quality equipment thank you so much Gyms 4 everyone
I recently made several purchases there and was helped by domin. He was very attentive and helpful making the purchases easy. When I arrived to the facility, he had the equipment ready and loaded within minutes. I recommended reaching out to him for any purchases.
£1,950 paid — no machine and still no refund
I paid £1,950 by bank transfer on 30th May 2026 for a Smith machine. The purchase was made through Equip4Gyms, and my subsequent dealings regarding the outstanding machine and refund have continued with the same people now operating Gyms4Everyone (Dom & Josh).
After making the payment, I repeatedly requested an invoice and order confirmation from Josh. I was told several times that these would be provided, but despite repeatedly chasing them, I never received either. My recent attempts to contact him have gone unanswered.
The machine was never supplied, so I requested a refund. I have since been told on multiple occasions that the refund would be dealt with. Most recently, on 31 August, I was told the refund “will be this week”. That week has now passed and I still have not received my £1,950 and my subsequent emails to Dom have gone unanswered.
I have made numerous attempts to resolve this directly and have given the business ample opportunity to return my money.
As of 8 September 2026, I have neither the machine nor my £1,950.
I will update this review if and when the money is returned.
Just received my order of a concept II rower. Really pleased with the quality of the machine. The whole buying process has been efficient, friendly and prompt from start to finish. The level of service and help gives this company a 5* from me and I will definitely be going straight to them for any future purchases

HI Gary, weve spoken a lot over last few weeks, we have sent you 2 lorry fulls, there is an item outstanding which we are working on and apologised, communication hasn't bee good enough from myself.. We have also sent items which are not paid for yet as we've had good working relationship. in regards to threatening calls this isn't something im aware of but will check call recordings, we have warned Ryan previously about threatening the receptionist.
Fast delivery - good communication and the product exceeded expectations- ordering again for sure

My experience with Gyms4everyone was honestly faultless. I found a rare to acquire product in stock, they were quick to answer any questions I had to alleviate any concerns, and incredibly efficient on a fast delivery.
I will no doubt be returning to buy more in the future!
I’ve dealt with josh from gyms4everyone over the past year when setting up a large member gym. He’s been fantastic, from sourcing equipment to putting together packages for a whole gym set up! The prices are unrivalled! We’ve had both new & refurbished kit & the quality is amazing. We now regularly buy 1-2 pieces per month from Josh & he always delivers promptly, with no problems. Will continue to use & highly recommended!
I have a gym quality rack in my home gym at a fraction of the price.
Call before hand on my delivery and assistance via Josh and support when I went a bit astray of the assembly pattern.
I have what I need to cancel a commercial membership and no commute excuse anymore!
