Bought item online, has been nearly 2 weeks and parcel has not been delivered. They use crappy TCS courier service where parcel is sitting there without trying to deliver. Have contacted them and Ideas gul Ahmed and both customer service is bad.
I told them to use another courier service. They told me I will have to reorder the item but the item is out of stock. They are making no attempts to get the parcel back and try to redeliver. Instead told me once the item comes back to them they cannot reattempt delivery with another courier. Instead I will have to reorder. Pathetic and stupid customer service!

All branded clothes are producing SEE THROUGH fabrics especially all summer collection. yesterday went to buy IDEAS shop to buy wife's clothes but couldn't purchase due to very low quality and all summer articles were see through (stitched and non stitched both).

It is written in website that delivery is in 5 to 7 days and I order from Gul ahmed 2 weeks ago and i didn't receive products yet 😩

They have ruined my family member's Eid dress purchase. Initially they said they have cancelled the order due to payment issues. When I shared the account info, in regards to them getting the payment, they simply tried to put the blame on me and asked me to be patient. Next they tell me that the payment will be reimbursed after Eid. Now they are not receiving the calls. Helpline inaccessible. Morons at their best.

Very bad experience 👎👎Disappointing experience with [IDEAS]! I ordered a dress that looked great in the pictures, especially the dark brown color. However, the actual product was a letdown - the color was off, and the fabric quality was subpar. Doesn't match the online description. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought (Power Marine) perfume from the Gul Ahmed outlet, and it was a complete waste of money. They claimed it would last 8 to 10 hours, but in reality, it doesn't even last 2. The lasting is extremely poor — it fades away in no time. It feels like buying an overpriced bottle with no quality.

What makes it worse is their customer service. After raising a complaint, there was no proper response or support. It shows how little the brand cares about its customers. Honestly, a product like this from a big name like Gul Ahmed is unacceptable.

I'm beyond disappointed. I would never recommend Gulahmad to anyone. It's overpriced, overrated, and offers zero value. A total disappointment — zero stars.

I just visit the store and bought a bedsheet with the price tag mentioned 5k something with 50 %off but when I went to counter they said these are previous prices it's actual price is 6k or something...they are just scamming their customers....

Boycott gulahmed. Shame on you Natasha danish. Stop buying clothes from gull ahmed.

Worst online service

I ordered charcoal color and they send me gray one. It was already opened in the courier bag, it was not ironed properly and very rough. Once i tried to contact their customer service they said again contact to another number.

Not a worthy reply. Even i will never recommend to anyone in future.

I purchased pair of compressed pillows from f10 islamabad branch. After uncompressing them i am not satisfied with the product. Pillows are substandard and appear not to be properly filled. I went to the store and they said we cannot return or exchange since they are now uncompressed. This is despite the fact that at time of purchase there was no sample producto check the quality even though we asked for checking. I lodged a formal complaint with them as well and want to leave a negative review so that other people are not fooled into purchasing this and other substandard products.

Highly disappointed with Gul Ahmed! This is the second time they have ruined my online shopping experience. I ordered four articles from their website, but they delivered only two of them fine. The other two were different to my requirements. The quality of the fabric was also very poor for those articles. They looked nothing like the pictures on their website. After calls and email, finally they respond to my complaint and sent an email to exchange my order from the nearest branch. But the staff was not professional and they have no respect for their customers. Moreover, I had to pay extra amount to exchange those articles. Overall, that was worst experience for me. Do not waste your money and time on them.

They cancel your order without notice. Then if you order again they would send you only item in the price of two. These are horrible people. Helpline staff is worst, they simply tell you nothing could be done at our end. Worst worst worst brand.

I recently bought several unstitched male shalwar suits and to my surprise most of suits when washed got discoloured, since I never expected it from gulahmed I was absolutely disappointed.

I've went to IDEAS with my Mother and bought 2 suits from there, they never allowed us to open the packaging at their Shop, once we reach home and opened the Parcel and found the quality was very poor, we've decided to go back and change the product, then we picked up another dress and get back to home, this time the quality was as same as previous one but the product were torn as well.

Today on 13th September 2023, at around 8:00PM, My mother went to the shop with my uncle then they disrespected them and misbehaved my Mother and uncle and said that the product is fine and we have torn the product, they were accusing us.

I have no other words to describe how the staff of "IDEAS - By GulAhmed" is disrespectful to their Customers and that's how they treat new customers.

Guys, Stay away from IDEAS, the staff of PrimePoint, AL-Karam & J. is much humble and respectful to their staff, I recommend to shop from them, even if you ask them to exchange the product they will happily deal and respect your decision.
