Lovely place! Felt like home, very clean and wonderful hosts!

Highly recommended this place for your vacation, very clean and very spacious apartment, also the host very responsive to all your concerns..

I came to Toronto for the film festival, and the apartment was conveniently located close to the festival and the city center. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, which made it easy to explore the local scene.

I've been a property owner for nearly a decade and worked with a few property management companies in that time span.

Although they've all done a pretty decent job, Guestable goes above and beyond when it comes to maximizing my revenue and taking care of my unit.

When I compare revenue to other property owners in my building who are renting similar units it seems like my revenue per month always comes out on top.

Every time I check on my unit it is spotless.

I will continue using Guestable, as they are the most professional outfit in town.

Guestable has been managing our portfolio of properties for over 3 years. It has been a great experience with a few minor hiccups along the way. Hospitality is a thankless industry and this company does not get enough credit for the hard work they put in. We cannot thank them enough and have referred them to friends who own investment properties. Our account managers take great care of our properties and guests, the reviews have been great and revenue is more than we have expected and has gotten even better over the years

They were great! - communication was direct and I had no issues with my check in, instructions were straight forward and any questions I had, had got answered right away. Had a nice family Easter weekend, no stress and our stay was wonderful, would def use again next time around

As Nick Larsson reported below, Guestables is difficult to work with. They have our condo listed with Airbnb mapped at the wrong address. They have rented our downtown Seattle condo for $50/night which is ludicrous. I canceled their service last month via text and email but they have not responded. After I canceled their service they rented our unit anyway. In the meantime, we rented it long-term and will have to do something with our new tenant who arrives Saturday even though they have someone in the unit. Fortunately, we only have one unit with them so the damage will be limited but I would recommend looking elsewhere for this service.

PLEASE BE WARNED: GUESTABLE MUST BE PAYING FOR THESE REVIEWS! Our dealings with Guestable have been a catastrophic series of failures-an absolute nightmare. Their mismanagement of our property was bad enough, but losing our keys has pushed things to an entirely new level of incompetence. The resulting financial burden of replacing locks and keys for not only our personal unit, but also all common property will be staggering.

What's even more infuriating is their complete avoidance of us, despite being fully aware of their mistakes. Instead of facing the consequences head-on, they've chosen to evade responsibility altogether. It's a shameful display of unprofessionalism and a clear indication of their utter disregard for their clients and the law. You can’t just take someone’s property and not return it with absolutely no communication. To this day, Guestable have STILL not addressed this. When they can’t answer your questions, they just avoid you. It’s why they have several complaints and cases with the BBB.

The ONLY thing I can say in their defense is that they did compensate us for several months of their management fee due to lack of any management, however, in the grand scheme of things that is simply not enough and also if you don’t do the one thing you’re being paid to do then it makes sense that you should not be paid…

However, with that being said, it was only offered after we made a public review shaming them for their awful service, so this one act pales in comparison to all the other BS we’ve put up with.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Guestable. Their track record speaks for itself – they're not just unreliable; they're a liability waiting to happen.
