The product is even, but far from perfect and the way it is presented. I used the advice they have on their website, but I still have to buy a new account every now and then because it is burned. Although I set it to the slowest mode and I have 1 minute of operation and 1 minute of break. I do not exceed 500 visits per day for 1 account. In addition, support .... I contacted 20 times and they never wrote back to me, so one of my licenses was wasted and I had to buy a second to start doing anything. I tried to contact via chat, via e-mail, and even via e-mail where they sell Instagram accounts - they are also weak. I do not recommend.

Please do not subscribe to growmeorganic. It's just fake. Inconsistent and practically no support. In that chat, an auto message pops up to send an email to a non-existing email address which bounces back.

It looks like all the POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE. It's a sheer waste of money!

I'm not super tech-savvy AT ALL and the instructions, guidelines, and explanations were amazing and clear and I was up and running in 4 minutes!

Certainly recommend this product and probably anything from this provider because he's great.

The software works beautifully. I just got some minor problems with "this account does not exit" that got solved simply by closing and re-opening the program.

The cache system is also very useful. You can close the program and restart the search whenever you want.

Contacted developer before buying, no answer at all. Bought the software. Its working. But sometimes fetching and collecting names for hours and nothing happens. Sometimes nothing happens when scraping media likers or followers at all. Also bought IG accounts directly from them. This went fast and was the first reply on my emails. Then bought servers to have them run at the same time faster and safer. Authentication failed many times. Only 6 of the 11 i bought are working! My mistake was I went over the limit of 500 (I guess), this is hard to remember how many you already scraped per day. An indicator would be nice or I just dont get it with user and max profile setting per day... Now all the IG accounts are banned and need verification via mobile number that Growmeorganic had setup for me. Its been almost 14 days now. No answer after 4-5 emails with ask for help and reactivation.
Used Jarvee before, wanted an easier setup with bio email scraping.Could have been exactly what I was looking for with a little customer service and help. Now Im not satisfied and cant use it for half a month already.

Unfortunately, I have to give the GrowMeOrganic app 1 star. It simply doesn't work for me, and support is non-existent. I purchased $29 month option, downloaded the app, started it, and it worked until I had to pause it and turn off my pc. When I wanted to resume, issues started. The app is giving a message that Instagram user does not exist (simply not true). I tried doing the new followers extract process, but then it just starts resuming my Instagram accounts without giving any results. I tried contacting support multiple times, by email and Facebook chat, but I got no response from them. The worst part is, I have not idea how to cancel a subscription because, as you can guess, I am not satisfied with the app.

Software keeps crashing out of nowhere. Sometimes it runs for 5 hours and boom crashes, sometimes it runs 3 minutes and boom crashes. Sometimes it crashes even before I start scraping.

I have contact the support through their live chat, through the email address support@ and the email address contact@! NO RESPONSE after over a week!

If at least somebody would answer my emails I would think there is at least someone that pretends to care about their customers, but no, no response at all.

Didn't respond to customer service questions. Software itself is good but not super stable. You need to buy instagram accounts and proxies for the software to work.

The GMO tool is amazing, works very fine.
i am currently having my 2nd monthly subscription with them.
i like their blog(best practices) which briefly explains everything how to use etc.
They just need to make customer support better means quick as much as possible.

too much risk for using accounts and it is not efficient, daily limit per an account is 500 other accounts, not a result.
GrowMeOrganic doesn't have any risk and responsibility, all of them are charged for users.
it is a just selling their software.

Service and software is great, however they made me purchase a new license Key to use a seperate VPS, this is why you get 3 stars

This is absolutely Not Working and totally garbage... I'm Not Recommended anyone and another worst part of this software is then not going to give you a refund.
