Helps me focus on workouts
You can't feel these like you can with Thermobol after you take them. I usually wash them down with a Red Bull with no problems. Won't help you lose weight but may allow you to train harder which itself could help you lose weight.
I haven’t used this bad boy in years but wow it does patch a punch! Good gym session this morning and I’ve been nicely buzzing all day!
Only 4 starts as I did not use it long enough to see a fat loss. I'll come to amend the review once used for longer. For the period I used, it is easy to take (no powder that has an artificial taste) and it does give a boost of energy - able to push more in the gym. Also, I seem to sweat more when working out. Please read the instructions carefully and adjust your normal coffee consumption accordingly and dont take late afternoon.
These are amazing! I feel so much better taking them I wish I had known about them before. They give me so much energy I will most definitely be buying more in fact I already have

Good product make sure drink plenty of water to stop reflux
I find them great just to take about 20 minutes before a workout to boost my energy.

My only criticism is the packaging is quite hard to open but other than that I love this product! Really great boost for the gym, can’t comment on weight loss yet as I’ve o my been taking them around a week. I haven’t had any side effects. Would recommend
