Bought the smart log holder and splitter. These seem to do the job as shown on the videos - but its early days. Will be very pleased if splitter nylon 'damper' does not fall to pieces as described in other reports and if both survive outside without rusting.

Log store arrived with all the right fixings etc and wasn't too hard to construct. Looks solid and hopefully will be waterproof....no issues so far....and I bought one 2 years ago and its been fine. Only complaint is that the delivery requires you to be in between 8am and 6pm......why no shorter time slots available? Should be possible in this day and age!

I have ordered stuff twice now from this company ( raised bed kits for my allotment) and both times the order came within 3 days and was in perfect condition. A great service and I will be ordering from them again.

Ordered a frying pan on Wednesday evening, had phone call half an hour later to say I had missed the post and it couldn't be dispatched until Thursday so might not be with me for the weekend. Wasn't too worried as wasn't anticipating any frying emergencies, but it arrived on Friday morning. Top marks for speed & efficiency - they obviously treatveverybcustomer as special.

I ordered a Liebherr freezer from Green & Easy. The customer service agent that took and processed my order was friendly, bright and informative. Delivery was OK - relatively on time - and they did install the freezer and remove the packaging - but were a little bit clueless (fitted it - and left the plug taped to the back and had to get it out again!) but - delivery is free so I'm not complaining at all!

The freezer is great - so much better than my old Hotpoint and I hope not costing me a fortune to run either!

I would use this company again and recommend them.

Got stuck in log up to the top of the sharp bit and I thought - OH Dear what am I going to do. Went away and came back next day and read the instructions - AHH that's what you do and it worked after a couple of strikes ! Now I have heard from other users that the longer you keep wood the harder it gets - so might need my husband for the harder logs. Otherwise all good !

I purchased Radflek, radiator reflector sheets. They were the best price, delivered very quickly indeed.

Green and easy offered the best price for the White Knight Gas Tumble dryer.
The order process was straight forward and they delivered the correct product in one piece when they said.
What more could you want?
Haven't had a problem yet as I haven't found a Gas Safe Engineer with a Tumble dryer ticket to fit the tumble dryer. Yes there are certificates for different appliances each one of which has to be paid for separately. CORGI/Gas Safe are killing their own industry by making it stupidly expensive and difficult to get into and stay in.
As a result I haven't used their customer support and so cannot comment.

Clear availability information on web site, and the best price I could find anywhere for the Liebhier fridge freezer i wanted. Only problem I had (hence 4 stars) was in getting stuck in the order at the credit card payment, due to my browser script settings, and finding the Help lines are not manned outside office hours. However I got it to work OK without further intervention anyway.
Green & Easy phoned a few days later to arrange a delivery date, which bettered their 7-10 day prediction. Hats off to delivery team who managed to arrive spot on time despite having to negotiate a parked hearse, a builder's delivery lorry in the midst of unloading, and an ambulance in our tortuous village streets - and still cheerfully trolleyed the goods up a steep drive and garden steps, unpacked and checked before leaving.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Got exactly what I wanted and delivered on time. I ordered a raised bed to be used as a sandpit for my children. I got some nice advice about how to keep it from being a cat litter tray !

We were given a 2 hour slot for delivery by the Sprint delivery Company who rang two days prior to delivery to confirm. They rang again 30 minutes prior to delivery and our freezer was delivered and the old one taken away with a smooth and efficient service by their friendly staff.

This is the first time we have used Green and Easy but wanted to purchase a product which would last and be easy on the environment.
The delivery was a little longer than we hoped for but the product was worth the wait.
The fridge frreezer has quality fittings which are easily removed for cleaning.
The innovitive design of the handles take the strain out of opening the door when with somes fridges you get a vacuum effect. The freezer compartments are slightly narrow as the walls are thicker to insulate well and save on electric.Delivery did install the appliance as the plug needed threading through a kitchen unit but we sorted that ourselves. All in all a good experience.

Every step of the way in purchasing my new Leibherr fridge was perfect.The service received was second to none! I was delighted with the whole purchase the goods are perfect & the delivery was excellent on time & just as you would want it. I also had to speak to the Customer Service team to change my order details & they could not have been more helpful. I would certainly use Green & Easy again & would also recommend them.
