I can browse available items at my pace on line, as no need to walk around town centres. Good to see BHS items for sale as well as the usual Kaleidoscope items. It is a nice surprise to find items reduced or use a code to get a reduction. I have been shopping with Grattan for well over 30 years and embraced changes along the way. I like the instant email confirmation of orders and emailed progress of orders through to delivery. Evri has improved their delivery and I’m pleased with the technology they use to confirm safe delivery. I will not be providing my photo due to AI etc

Evri just leave parcel outside on doorstep instead of following instructions to give to my neighbour if I’m out

Having been a happy grattan customer for over 40 years my lastest dealing with them beggers belief. They said that a parcel had been delivered to my address on 6.4.25 at 15.55 left at back door, this was not from the evri track but the tracker on my account, no parcel there we also have security cameras, no movement register on them. Got intouch with customer care, they sent it to the complaint department to look in too. Relieved an email with a photo of a package in a blue bin. Rang them and told them this was not my garden and we don't have blue bins only green and brown. Received another email today from complaint department saying evri had delivered the parcel and I had to pay for the goods. Rang them to say that Ebri has delivered it to the wrong place and I had asked my neighbours, but because evri is saying it has been deliever they are basical calling me a lair. So after being a customer for 40 years I have now closed my account with them and will NEVER EVER BIY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned

Grattan has a wide range of styles to suit most people. Delivery is very good.
I've shipped with Grattan since the 1990s when my children were small.
