Good value products arrived early which I was pleased with,
Would buy again

I ordered adidas Sportswear VL Court Bold Trainers in black on Friday & was nicely surprised when it was delivered over the weekend. When I opened the plastic bag there was a flimsy plain beige cardboard box, not an adidas box.

It always has been I've been with grattan for years now never had any bother all the years I've been with them

I didn't like the return system, it took me an hour to figure the royal mail system out, I would rather have a label and take it to a evri shop

I LOVE SHOPPING WITH GRATTAN BEST CATALOGUE EVER. HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DELIVERY 2 ITEMS SAYING DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED THEM, GRATTAN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED. NOT STRUCK ON EVR !!!

Grattan itself I have no issue with which is why I have given this review three stars. I've always been happy with the way it works and the prices are reasonable. However, they insist on using Evri which are by far the worst courier company I have ever had dealings with. If this review were for Evri, it would have been a one-star review.

Evri have lost two of my Grattan parcels in the space of two weeks, and they never keep to their times when they do deliver. Many's the time they say they are going to deliver - then I get an email to say they have delivered yet no-one has rung my doorbell or knocked on the door. I look for the parcel and there's no sign of it anywhere either in my block or outside.

Unfortunately, until Grattan decide to use a reliable courier (DPD or Royal Mail are very good), I won't be ordering again.

I have been running this catalogue since l was 18 years old and I am 60 now. My first order was a hoover and it was pen and paper with your order in them days and you had to post it. But you still got your parcel in good time... Grattan is a fantastic company to which l have had some beautiful products over the years and l still receive good product.It been a pleasure to buy items from the company in your own home. I will continue my shopping from such a lovely company... It so nice to see an original companys still going and not sold off . Love grattans

Great mail order company, good range of products. They email me with discount codes. Find Evri who deliver to me reliable.

This company is good but the only thing that lets them down is the company that's deliving the parcels and that's evri worse delivery company in the world lost 3 of or parcels in a week. Then send my wife a blurred photo that is definitely not taking in or building. Now thanks to evri my wife will not order anything from Grattan even again thanks evri another customer lost just like one of your parcels. I think it's time you switched parcel delivery companies because evri is not working. Try DPD or anyone else but not evri. Ps you have been warned. 😥😥😥😥😥😥😡😡😡

I’ve been a Grattan customer over 60 years so that must be doing something right,but I now do have a problem,why are they starting with this you can’t do an ordinary return but have to ring a number for special instructions.this has happened on my last three orders and I didn’t realise on one so did it wrong.why alter something that worked for years,could make me stop ordering from them.

Excellent delivery of items that are great quality.

Easy ordering & finding items, to adding to account & paying for items makes life so much better. Also choice of returns as either by courier or drop of shop again so easy. Have noticed though that we now have to pay for delivery but returns are still free. I don't have a problem with this as long as delivery charge is at an acceptable cost.

Excellent service. Ordered Saturday came Monday Wrong size contacted team for bigger size and to arrange collection on the Tuesday morning. Replacement came on Wednesday and courier collected original to return.
Excellent efficient service will definitely use again
