I’m currently studying graphic design at the British Academy of Graphic Design and my experience so far has been excellent. The course is well-structured and covers both the creative and practical sides of design, which has really helped me build my skills and confidence.

A special mention goes to Fiona, who is an amazing tutor. She is very supportive, helpful, and always gives clear, constructive feedback that really helps me improve.

Overall, I’m really enjoying the course and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to develop their graphic design skills.

It was a wild ride juggling a job, a kid, and design school all at once! To be honest, it was tough at times, but i wouldn't trade this experience for anything. It taught me so much about time management and fueled my creativity. It feels amazing to have completed it!
A huge shout-out to my tutors! They were always there for me, responding promptly even when i asked the same questions over and over again. Their patience and support made a world of difference, especially when i was balancing work and family. I never felt alone in this process.

This so-called “academy” is an absolute joke.
I finished my final assignment in February 2025 and didn’t receive my certificate until October - eight months later - after being constantly ignored and fobbed off with empty promises like “you’ll get it next week.” The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is shocking.

The course itself was a complete waste of time. Instead of teaching actual graphic design, it was full of generic nonsense about “teamwork” and “money management.” Nothing about it prepared me for real design work. Now that I’m studying a genuine degree in graphic design, it’s painfully clear how useless this course was.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity -The British Academy of Graphic Design is a scam dressed up as an education provider.

Graphic design is an incredibly powerful and important industry to study and become a part of and this company has successfully sucked all the creativity and joy in studying this subject.

There are so many better companies to give your money to. Please do that!

I am really enjoying my Graphic Design Certificate. It is informative and challenging. The feedback is encouraging but still honest.

The course platform was super easy to follow and understand. The tutors were great and very responsive.
The content of the course was clear, creating simple building blocks to continue learning and practicing with the graphic design principles and elements.
The assessments were varied in nature, which ensured you were always engaged and challenged in a new way.

Very much enjoying this course , quite intensive , but you definitely feel you are increasing your knowledge / ability & learning so much about the Design World , the main players past & present , & particularly the opportunities arising from CAD .

As someone who hasn't studied art since GCSEs the British Design academy provided me with an excellent course that took me through the basics to designing my own portfolio.

The course was delivered online, but there was plenty of support and encouragement along the way. I can actually see the improvements in my work. It is definitely value for money for anyone from those with even the mildest interest in Graphic Design to those like myself, considering a career change.

It is so wonderful to be considered and valued in an educational space where I have previously struggled so much and it has given me optimism for continuing my course.

I like that the training covers all topics of graphic design. Teachers always guide and advise.
