I had been looking for some months for the right Harley Davidson Fat Boy, from first contact to handover, Craig was straight-talking, very professional, and easy to deal with. The bike was exactly as described & beautifully presented, there was zero pressure, When I saw the bike in person I was over the moon, it was even better than described, a perfect example! Craig took the time explaining about the bike and gave me time to inspect it and at no time did I feel under pressure or rushed, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I hope to do so again in the future. I would highly recommend Granite Moto.

I recently bought a Kawasaki Z1000 from GraniteMoto, and the entire experience was straight forward from start to finish. Shoutout to Craig, who made the whole process a pleasure. The bike was exactly as described and prepped, and ready to ride within 24 hours. Craig delivered the bike and made the entire paperwork and handover process straight forward and stress-free. Craig knows Customer Service, that is for sure. Sent video walk round of bike in great detail, arranged a viewing and great test ride route. Agreed on the sale, delivered FoC with detailed handover video showing all the functions of the bike (I was away when he delivered) and documentation pack including, manual, service book, tax doc etc plus a few other nice bits. Fair price as well. Early days and no issues with the bike but have no doubt he would see you right if there were. Brilliant service.

Craig gave me a very fair price for my BMW R1300GS which meant I was free to fly down to a dealer, down south, to purchase my new bike without the hassle of riding my trade-in down there.

He wasn't pushy in any way. He then delivered it down to me after he had carried out the service on it. Highly recommended.

Contacted Craig agreed on price of the bike and Collected within a few days and money in the bank the day bike was collected. All good.

I can't recommend Craig at Granite Moto highly enough.

I first called on a Friday afternoon and despite only giving around 40 minutes notice, Craig made the time for me to come and view the bike. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he even held the bike for me until the Monday without asking for a deposit, giving me time to properly research the bike and compare it with others on the market.

Throughout the whole process, Craig was straightforward, honest and fair. After comparing prices on Bike Trader and looking at other dealers, I genuinely felt I got a very fair deal on both the bike and my part exchange.

To top it off, Granite Moto included collection of my part exchange and delivery of my new bike, making the whole experience completely hassle-free.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts customer service first. If I'm looking to change bikes again in the future, Granite Moto will be the first place I check.

I bought a 2003 BMW R1150R Rockster 80th anniversary edition from Craig. He kindly took the bike to my workplace to let me view it. Purchasing the BMW was a stress free experience and Craig updated me when the full service, including valve clearances was completed. Six months RAC warranty on a 23 year old motorcycle is outstanding. Even got a Haynes Manual with the bike. Bike was delivered on time and in showroom condition.
