More to point what went right disgusting company disabled person need to move because stairs problem grampian said they had funding to do stair lift 4 years waiting no stairs lift moved to 1 bedroom bungalow through them made me paint 2 bedroom house upstairs to myself at my cost yet have it righting the house I was leaving was adequately decorated but made disabled person paint whole house and pay for it leaving me with no money for food or bills for 3 months . Moved me in to bungalow no help garden a mess of bushes and plant that was so bad dog broke her leg in it needing urgent operation to rebuild her leg and we'll now not doing the work that ots have said needs down for my health 5 month on lot of medications worse because forced to paint when they new I couldn't do it for breathing issues tumor s in my throat it's an end less battle that's affected my mental health not a nice company now leagal action is being looked at for unnecessary suffering

FORMS OF COMPLAINT SENT

On the 25th of December at 15:08, I contacted the emergency services line and was greeted by an individual who exhibited an unprofessional and, in my assessment, uninformed demeanour. The issue at hand was a dysfunctional toilet that was unable to close properly, resulting in a continuous water flow from the cistern and a lack of flushing capability. The operator advised me to resort to using bowls of water for flushing and to contact them again the following day. This response was not only unsanitary but also demonstrated a lack of understanding or concern for the gravity of the situation.
The plumber arrived later and looked at the issue and at the end of his visit he informed me that new parts have to be ordered and replaced in the cistern as they are defective. I was also told he had done what he could, but the issue may continue, and he will ensure it is replaced with the new parts before 29 December. That is 5 days later, this is also unacceptable.
Moreover, I found the operator's presumption regarding my identity to be offensive and uncalled for. Despite my explanation, they persisted in their assumption that I was a male due to the nature of my voice. I must emphasize that such baseless conjectures are not only erroneous but also deeply insulting.
The occupants of this home are both disabled one is paralysed on right side of body, the other has mobility issues and is also unable to hold damn bowls of water (excuse my term).
I firmly believe that the service I received was subpar, and the attitude of the agent was both unacceptably rude and unprofessional. I expect better from a service provider, and I trust that you will understand the gravity of my concerns. I am not merely seeking acknowledgment but a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

There is a single man living in a 3 bedroom detached bungalow. He is never there, the garden is a mess.

They refuse to mend them well replace them and ordering someone with asthma to clean them is pointless and disgracefull a waste of our time as it will come back time after time its been 3 to 4 yrs maybe more weve had this problem . Mold is mold it shouldn't come back week after week as longs they get there rent that's all they care about.

GHA likes to promote itself as "providing local, customer focused services" as well as adhering to a set of values viz. Honesty | Integrity | Respect | Empathy | Commitment | Trust - their website advises that "everything we do is underpinned by our values" and they sound very laudable.

However, sadly the reality appears to be the total opposite. GHA don't appear to subscribe to their values with regards to their statutory obligations for example they obtained my personal information for one purpose but, ignoring GDPR legislation, they unlawfully used it for other purposes.

The Association is poorly managed - Senior management have a Nelson's Eyes syndrome - they look at things with their blind eye!

Likewise, GHA's Board of Management seem to have adopted a sloppy shoulder mentality and seem to be guided by their management into accepting poor customer service as being acceptable. 1/5 for customer service.
