First Class Service - have bought quite a few items from Graham & Green in the last 2 years, as love their products, some of which are unique and quirky. Ordered some items for this Christmas, and unfortunately one of the items was broken whilst in transit. Must say their customer service is outstanding, and I received a replacement within a couple of days. Very impressed, and it’s so refreshing that this company really values its customers. Placed an order late Tuesday evening and my order was delivered today (Thursday) Fabulous service! I love my Pineapple bookends!

We ordered "Framed River Thames Map". A large print of an 1806 map of London in distressed style frame. The frame was great, and delivery efficient, but the print was poor, not only low resolution but a printing error meant there was a repeated line of print along the bottom. Also the print cut off the borders of the image on two sides. It was easy to find a high resolution scan of the original in the public domain, so when we were told by customer services that there was nothing they could do about it and that all of the products were the same we found a company to print the image properly, at our own cost. Graham & Green did offer to pick up the item and refund minus the £30 postage cost. We'd then have spent £30 and received nothing. They didn't offer to contribute to the costs of sorting out the print issues.

We had wrongly assumed that the product was going to be a quantity one.

Everything was a fantastic experience from start to finish Extremely responsive customer care, very helpful with arranging a return which was collected the next day 👍

Ordered a pair of Kartel AI chairs. They came on time. We were happy with it until a couple of hours later we were wiping it down under kitchen lights and realised there were multiple scratches on the both units.

We emailed photos of the scratches. They immediately responded checked availability and shipped 2 new units. Someone delivered the replacements and someone else came on the same day to pick up the damaged chairs.

Problems happen, but their customer service was great in promptly resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

These recycled plant baskets are so much bigger than expected. Waterproof material well made and reduced what's not to like. I really love this shop and visit it whenever I'm.in bath. Now I live in Devon I rely on the website and emails to remind me they exist because there are plenty of home accessories shops to compete with. I bought many items over the years it's still one of my fav go to shops. Lovely inspirational ideas for your home and extraordinary gifts for love ones. I purchased two in the sale as such a bargain. Posted out promptly. On line purchase.

A huge thank you to the customer service staff at Graham & Green’s main office, especially Eva & Lisa who were so helpful in locating and transferring two candlesticks which had sold out online. They were so fast with their correspondence and I am so pleased with the outcome. Excellent products and delivery as always with Graham & Green.

Firstly, they sent a postage label to the wrong address. Secondly, as soon as you purchase something, they start sending out post to your home address (including apparently an impending catalogue, which was never asked for!). An appalling abuse of personal information. I will never shop from this company again and do not recommend them.

Atrocious customer service. Ordered items which were falsely described on the website and so didn’t fit the purpose. No apology for the huge inconvenience caused. I will not shop here again.

Have to leave a review to show how happy I am with my purchase. First time ordered from G&G and bought a lovely recycled glass vase. The vase is so elegant and understated, the packaging was secure with no plastic and a special gift tag. Delivery was fast with updates to let me know.
Really has cheered me up in a difficult time and will definitely shop with G&G again.

I’ve ordered a number of items from G&G and always been very pleased.
However, despite being gorgeous to look at the material on these chairs is not fit for purpose
It has shed badly from Day 1 (and still does 3 years later) and has now…despite occasional use flattened horribly to the point I need to re-recover
A local upholsterer suggested this was ‘not fit for purpose’ and, if he had supplied he would resolve the issue
I contacted G&G…they shunned responsibility sadly.
It has put me off any future purchase and not only would I NOT recommend buying these chairs I would also be cautious in recommending this company

Arrived in time

Lovely floor lamp! Good customer service. But a little disappointed with the time it took to be delivered. I understand it was shipped from Europe. France maybe? So it took a little longer. But it arrived long after I had hoped it would.
All together I’m very happy though! Will definitely purchase from G&G again!

Beautiful velvet curtains, delivered very quickly in a good strong box - no plastic in the packaging at all.

The vase is extremely delicate so I was thankful that it was boxed and packaged in such a way as to minimize shock or damage in transit. Quality product, excellent service and timely delivery. It was perfect! Could not of expected or wanted more. Thank you! 🥰
