Good product great delivery service
Stocked the knob resembling the ones on other furniture we had. Sold them individually so we could order the correct number. It was available in 3 sizes so found a very good match. Arrived on schedule beautifully and securely packaged

Beautifully made coat rack
We purchased a black coat rack for the wall. It is made beautifully and looks very modern in black iron. Very pleased with it.

Excellent product but the customer…
Excellent product but the customer service was even better. You can feel the weight and quality of the product and I was really happy with both the buying process and the regular updates regarding delivery. The doorknob I ordered arrived promptly and I good time. When the item was delivered there was unfortunately a blemish on it but as soon as I contacted customer service it was rectified and a replacement sent. I will definitely use G&G again and would recommend them as love their products and am a super happy customer.

Handles are gorgeous
Handles are gorgeous. One set of handles arrived and were not quite the right colour. The company were fantastic, they changed them immediately using express delivery and collected the old ones from our door. Superb service and swift emails. Thank you.

Ordered a coat rack
Ordered a coat rack - standard screws don’t work on it. I ask them about it - i first get an email the rack doesn’t come with screws. Fine. I ask for recommendation. No answer, 1 week in. Won’t order again
Update: I wouldn’t normally do this but given their answer, I feel compelled to. They indeed emailed me back after posting the review, asking me to remove it.
The reason given for the delay answering (note the answer was a few hours after the review was posted… pure chance, of course….) was that the person answering the emails had an emergency. Fine, that happens… but then couldn’t someone else have answered? All in all, it remains 2 stars, verging on 1.

It's standard practice that some products don't come with fixings, particularly heavy ones such as the Sturdy Coat Rack. I have investigated and I can see that we have replied to you in full by email, but to clarify your parcel was despatched and then unfortunately was lost in transit by Royal Mail. It's standard practice that businesses are not informed of missing parcels so the first we knew was when you contacted us. I hope you will agree we did our utmost to help and when it still could not be found, we sent out a replacement. We therefore feel so disappointed to have received this review and feel it is a very unfair reflection on all that we did to rectify the situation. Team G&G.
