I had such a lovely experience speaking with Tom. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and he went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.

As my English isn’t perfect, I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was. He adapted the way he communicated with me so that we could understand each other easily, and he made me feel completely comfortable throughout the conversation.

Although I think the cost of car insurance on a 2018 vehicle with no previous claims is too expensive, the service provided by Got You Covered was quick and efficient and the arranged call back for payment was timely.

Stay away from this company at all costs. My son had an accident on 5 days ago. The accident was the other drivers fault. They admitted it to the police. Since then, when my son rings they pass him from one department to another. When he finally spoke to a woman, she said he didnt have accident management and the claim was being rejected. What the hell doea that mean. My son has fully comprehensive insurance. Each time he rings they either fib him off or they put the phone down on him. My son is now referring this disgusting company to the insurance ombudsman. STAY AWAY from this scam company.

I would have liked legal cover but this wasn’t discussed.
Unfortunately the so called booking fee was scandalous, 60% of the premium.
Definitely won’t be using next year!

Unfortunately for the second year of insurance the customer service was not great. Found the person to be patronising and at times rude. I can’t fault the quote but the attitude was awful

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jillow for all his help with my car insurance. I had two accidents and points on my licence, so I was really worried that nobody would be willing to insure me, or that the price would be extremely high.

Jillow was incredibly helpful and managed to find me a really good option at a price that was much more affordable than I expected. He made the whole process so much easier and took away a lot of the stress and worry I had.

What I appreciated most was how kind, patient and friendly he was throughout our conversation. He made me feel comfortable and never made me feel judged about my situation. It was genuinely a pleasure speaking with him.
