Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I went and got everything I needed for my sons first ever scout camping trip and the young man who helped went above and beyond to assist me. The lady who served me at the till (Kayla) was so polite and made some recommendations too. The staff go above and beyond to help, nothing is too much. Highly recommend.

We visited the Wakefield shop to buy items for our daughter's upcoming Duke of Edinburgh trip. We were assisted by a guy (Sorry I don't know his name) and a lady called Emily who were both fantastic. Emily helped by advising on what clothes we would need, sharing her personal experiences and picking out appropriate items. A great experience thank you.

From coming in all the staff were…excellent.
From coming in all the staff were friendly, Martin greeted us on the footwear department he was so friendly and helpful. He told us about the products we were looking for, even how to get the best fitting, nothing was too much trouble.
We came in for a pair of mens sandals and came away with, mens sandals and walking shoes and ladies sandals and walking shoes we couldn't fault him.
Lee Ann on the till was also very friendly and helpful, she showed us the best way to lace our walking shoes up even to help with sciatica. And showed me every step to register my Tilley hat. There was plenty stock so much as to say I struggled to get my trolly between some stands oh and Martin even went and fetched us a trolly,as our hands were full.We definitely recommend going to the Wakefield store.

Very good shop and helpful staff
Very good shop. I love how they have a whole field full of tents you can look at to help you decide which one to buy. They had everything we needed and the staff are always very helpful. In particular Ruth helped me to navigate some of the special offers to get the best deal.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service, received a call from my granddaughter, stuck in Italy with a delayed flight. Going straight off to a festival tomorrow in Cheshire, seen the UK weather so needed wellingtons, waterproof jacket & trousers but wouldn’t be home in time to get to GoOutdoors. I’m almost 80 so didn’t know where to begin as camping not my thing !! The 4 members of staff I spoke to were SOOOO….helpful, super efficient, a real credit to the company. I got everything on my granddaughter’s list, thank you GoCamping, what a set of superstars !!!
