Excellent service
We spoke to four staff members and all were very helpful and knowledgeable. It is excellent that when you go into the store, staff made themselves known and offered help.

Leon and Matt gave me great information…
Leon and Matt gave me great information on the product we were looking at, one with mugs and the other colour had tumblers. We had a conservation if we could swap them around but they said no, we all had a good laughed about us swapping them around. They were great, and gave us good service which was good all round for everybody.

Two prices for the same Goods not possible with TRADING STANDARDS
You google the goods you want ie gas regulator and it says £9:50
You get to the shop it to says £9:50
You get to the till and it is £11 !!!
It’s not VAT you need a membership to buy it at £9:50 which will cost you £5 to join !!!! Don’t need membership as I will never go in this shop ever again !!

Awesome staff!
I was in a bit of a rush with two kids in tow, which is traditionally a little challenging. The staff in general were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction but particularly the young lady who served me and her nearby colleagues (Holly was very polite, friendly and patient as I struggled to find my membership details and her colleagues did an amazing job of entertaining the kids as I was searching)
Another positive experience in the Torquay store !
