Fantastic service from Robert and Chris when looking to buy a replacement tent . The our ADHARA 700XL was our prefered model.They were extremely patient with all the questions we asked with their knowledge being spot on. Suffice to say we purchased the tent and all the 'addons' Thank you gentlemen.

Used the group discount set up for Scouting and we saved money, even compared to the members discount. Delivery was to the local store, pick up no problem. Instead of getting 6 tents we got 8 and change from our own estimate.

Our first visit to this store and it was impressive. Well laid out over the 2 floors, although some aisles were quite narrow.
Unfortunately, the item we required was sold out, a good sign perhaps?!, but JP (John Paul) was very helpful and enthusiastic.
Ordering item online, but will return in the future.

Fast delivery when I purchased online

Store staff warm and helpful. Website clumsy at checkout / there could be more information at choice of place of collection. Disappointing no collection point at metrocentre store, dont understand why ? Team valley inconvenient to get to, particularly if using public transport / around rush hour.

I called into the team valley store to find fishing gear for my children's first fishing trip today, as a single female.

I have visited other sports and angling stores and have left defeated and lost, and quickly realised that most didnt have the time of day for me, due to my gender and have ordered gear online because of this.

This was not the experience today with go outdoors, Darren was amazing. He understood my needs immediately, the stock I requested was unavailable and he made suitable knowledgeable recommendations for alternatives, including talking through bait options and giving me the stores delivery schedule for live bait.
Darren's customer service is exemplary, and his level of patience was amazing, I wasn't made to feel like i was taking up his time or asking ridiculous questions.

I will be a regular to the store because of him.

Excellent customer service from Darren on the Angling counter yesterday. Very friendly , taking a genuine interest in the customer , enquiring where I was off to with my purchase and wishing me a successful trip. Very good person skills.

I found what I needed very quickly with help from very courteous and helpful staff member John-Paul who took time to take me to where it was located. I was less impressed with the disinterested, gum-chewing lad on the til but overall a good experience.
