Recently bought a new head torch and battery, no problems with the product and helpful staff.

I do think the best way to buy clothes…
I do think the best way to buy clothes is to go in the store and try the items on.
Once you know what size you are comfortable with and style the best way to buy is online.
Go outdoors offers a great range of clothing and other outdoor accessories.
I have been really pleased with the rab trousers that I purchased, they feel super comfortable, dry fast and are stretchy.
I like the fact they are still manufactured in the uk. The quality is very good and good value from go outdoors.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

We visited the Stockport store to buy boots and clothing for a forthcoming trek. I managed to purchase everything i needed and I was helped by several members of staff who were helpful and knowledgeable about the type of equipment I required ,from rucksacks to water purification tablets. From the moment that Markus began to explain the psyche of the Compass Navigate LS e-bike, this afternoon, we felt relieved that we could purchase a reliable alternative to my manual bike, without incurring the high costs of specialism.
Marcus was candid and informative, encouraging us to test the bike and consider his advice.

Impressive customer service
I came to Go Outdoors today to exchange an empty gas cylinder for a new one. The member of staff working at the till saw me arrive and organised that the new cylinder was ready by the time I had queued and reached the till which was impressive customer service along with her friendly manner. Lorna made my day
I was buying climbing shoes for my granddaughter. When I got to the till Lorna W greeted me and asked if i was a member, it had expired but she informed me that the shoes had been reduced if I renewed to less than half what i was expecting to pay. Made my day, thank you Lorna for being so polite 😊

Looking at Seat Boxes to upgrade my old one. Brett at Stockport branch was really helpful. Very knowledgeable about different brands. Took the time to open some out to demonstrate. Explained additional costs for accessories. Hadn’t planned to buy that day but felt comfortable making a well informed purchase. The box is their own Westlake make. Great value and quality. Excellent customer service.
