Is my order going to be delivered?
Purchased boots in store for delivery to my home address on 27th December.
I have still not received them (7th January)
And not received any correspondence or explanation of the delay. The receipt states delivered will take 3-5 days.

Great Customer Service
Needed new pair of walking boots, popped in store as saw Sale on. Tried on couple of pairs, staff were very helpful. Advised I could take and try at home with my walking socks and if not suitable return.
The Peter Storm ladies walking boots are bigger than current so have kept. Very pleased with purchase.

Drawn in by good bargains
Popped into Stafford and was drawn into the shop, so many good bargains. Looked at a new pair of walking shoes and Karen helped in serving us.
