GO Outdoors - Poole Recenzje 

At 3:50 on a Sunday I made a call to the Poole store to ask a question about an online order. I spoke to Harry who explained a large price item could not be ordered online due to the size and weight. He explained I could hold one for 48 hours and even checked stock whilst I waited on the phone. I am in store now collecting my new and enormous tent and cannot thank Harry enough for his help and knowledge. Our family camping adventures begin!!

Haleema was very personable and informativeand helped us to find exactly what we needed.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Maleema! She was very positive, offered her help and eager to support all customers she come across. She helped me pick the perfect hiking boot, proving advice about best boot support and socks based on the type of hiking/walking we do. She helped us find microfibre towels as well.

Pleasently surprised at the till that the price was a lot cheaper than expected as there was an extra GO deal on. Overall a very positive experience!

The staff in the Poole branch are always friendly and helpful. I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes and was served by Haleema. She was super helpful and knowledgeable, real credit to Go Outdoors.
They also have a really good range of clothing and equipment.
Always a pleasure shopping there.

I am awful at decisions!! Today I needed a new tent and Quinn was SO patient and helpful I actually managed to buy one which I am very happy with instead of giving up …. Again … and going home 🤣 Quinn even carried it to my car. Thank you 😊

I had a great experience at Go Outdoors Poole yesterday -Maleema was really helpful in the boot section with advising on hiking boots. Will definitely be coming back for other outdoor equipment purchases in the future.

Great place, well spaced out.
Superb and friendly staff. Had a great chat with a shoe guy today and the lady at till (Kim) was pretty patient and sound whilst helping me pack and sort all the bits id bought 👍🏻

Brilliant help today from Quinn who assisted me chose a Cadac and the associated bits and bobs! So confusing but with Quinn’s help it all made sense. Now if he’d like to come around and help me cook on it that would be excellent! Seriously though, thank you Quinn.

The assistant who helped me choose some new walking boots

Maleeva in the boot section was excellent in assisting and advising me in purchasing insoles for my walking boots. I also needed walking socks but my size was not in stock. However whilst at the checkout paying for the insoles an excited Maleeva rushed over having found a pair of socks in my size. Very well done thank you.

I visited this store today as needed some tent bits for our IOW festival trip. A young man called Harry helped me and gave me advice, he was very approachable and friendly! The man on the cash desk was also really helpful. A great store with such great prices when you become a member, well worth the 5.00. Thank you for your service

Signed up for membership online to get 10% discount for a product that I wanted in a local store which showed in stock. Went to order only for the system I could not collect from my local store, nearest store being 30 miles away.
Then went to my local store, found the product only to be told at the til that getting my membership online meant I couldn't use it in store for at least a few days! Person on the til did get my membership prices by getting a manager to apply although had to wait 5 minutes for them to be free. Farcical from end to end

Dave was great on the till, he was able to raise a question for me with the shop staff for a product I could see myself.

Well stocked store. We visited as wanted a portable gas bbq and unsure which one would be best for our purpose fortunately shop supervisor's Ben and Quinn were close at hand and asked if we required help. Both were super knowledgeable and went on to sell us a cool box and bbq accessories too. Their service was EXCELLENT and both are an asset to Go Outdoors. If ever you are visiting store and are unsure about your purchase we would recommend seeking their help.

Visited this store and was served by an extremely helpful member. Her name was Haleema, and she deserves a mention because she was very knowledgeable & helpful in helping my husband make the correct decision on which shoes to buy. He felt 2 different sizes fitted him well & both were comfortable. She explained why the smaller size were the correct ones , giving knowledgeable clear reasons. A few days later, one
happy customer with very comfortable shoes and no blisters. Thank you Haleema.
