GO Outdoors - Macclesfield (Express) Recenzje

Found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Chloe was really helpful with choosing my new walking boots. Thank you!

The customer service provided by Anders, was excellent. Appreciated his expertise and advice.

Super helpful staff.
Sif was able to help me find what I needed.

,
I had a problem with tracking poles that I had borrowed they would not lock.
It was awkward as I had only used them once and I honestly think they didn’t lock properly when I was given them.
I tried everything to get them locking, on line videos, chat GBT, everything 4 hours spent with no success.
I went into your Macclesfield store and was asked if by your employee “SIF” if he could help me.
I explained my problem and he immediately went and got some pliers, he then took one apart tried everything then said he thought I might have to buy new ones.
Then he said I will try one more thing and hey presto he fixed them.
He spent half an hour helping me and I was so relieved as I know I couldn’t have replaced these poles with exactly the same. I have now given them back fully locking to the owner.
I am going in to your store next week to buy some poles for myself and will make sure Sif serves me.
Your female manager was lovely too.
I am a member of a walking group and will tell my fellow walkers if they need gear to go to your shop.
Wish there were more shops with assistants like SIF.
Kind regards,
Carole Marshall

Such easy-going but personal service assisting me to choose walking boots. Every time I use this store it always goes the extra mile to assist and recommend.

Excellent service from Anders who helped me choose some new walking boots. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The fit of the Brasher boots was so good that I had no hesitation in making the purchase. Steve helped with some good advice about lacing the boots to avoid stressing the ankles.

Staff - Ethan especially - helped me with sizes and fit of new Brasher Hopegill Parka.
At the till my membership had expired so sorted that as well. Andrew was also very helpful in locating my account.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Thank you.

Anders was helpful and knowledgeable

I went into the shop which I found very clean, tidy & full of lovely items.
Joe came over. I found him very pleasant & helpful. I left the shop with what I wanted. Would definitely shop there again.
Thank you Joe

Chloe was great help with helping me choose the correct walking boots on Monday. Thanks again.

Thanks Anders for the help with the insoles. Enabled me to walk for the afternoon! Really appreciate the assistance.

Excellent service getting my daughter a coat for winter, waterproof and warm. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Great price too.

I have always found your staff friendly, professional and helpful. When I was in last week looking for new boots I was assisted by Steve who was very helpful and spent time explaining the differences in the boots. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he also made my dog very welcome with a treat!

Excellent personal service from eithan and apologies if I have spelt your name wrong

Excellent service while choosing walking boots. Didn't feel rushed even though right at the end of the day. Ethan was really helpful getting out multiple sizes of different styles for us and letting us take our time choosing. I am really glad we have this shop in our town!

I went to the Macclesfield store looking for replacement walking shoes.
Ethan was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the various brands and their pros and cons.
I tried on various shoes and ended up buying some Scarpa half boots which I’m very pleased with.

Ease of shopping
Responsiveness and advice of assistant

The staff were helpful in trying to find what I wanted, and did their level best to give satisfaction. It is not their fault that they had not received the particular item I have been looking for. They did manage to find one item, in black. I wanted thre, preferably colours. So it was disappointing, but they are a friendly and helpful group, and they made the exoerience good even so.
