I usually purchase equipment for my children's scouts camps, most of the time I'm just wandering around clueless with a kit list and end up asking for help and I always manage to find a staff member in no time and they are always super kind and help me with tonnes of advice that I'm forever grateful for. Special thanks to Lewis for patiently answering all my ridiculous questions!

I went to the store recently to…buy walking boots for DofE
I went to the store recently to purchase some walking boots for my DofE expedition. I was struggling to find a good pair of shoes, and Mike was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, alongside providing great advice for the proper fitting of the shoes, and explaining the components of a good walking boot. Eventually I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you Mike!

We visited the store today to purchase some walking shoes for my husband. Lewis gave us some great advice about the durability of the shoes on offer. He was really pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We purchased a pair of walking shoes he recommended and came away very happy. Thank you Lewis.
