Had an amazing experience as always got so by Simon who was incredible his service and was so friendly and understood my needs in a tent as being the scout leader. I need something to affordable and hardware with plenty of space.

Seriously knowledgable and super helpful staff
Couldn’t have asked for better service

Really helpful and nice staff

We had a great experience at Go Outdoors in Lancaster. Simon was extremely helpful and really friendly. We managed to get everything we needed for my daughter’s DofE expedition.

Very helpful staff at Lancaster express branch.
Good price down jacket.
Thanks.

I was served today by Simon he was sooo helpful. He wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive walking shoes in the shop but the ones that were right for me. He measured my feet to fit me the correct size and nothing was to much trouble. Couldn't have asked for any more. His knowledge on the product's was second to none. He even carried my bag down the stairs for me as I had a kettle bell inside and it was heavy. Service throughout was spot on and I would highly recommend Go Outdoors to anyone,

needed some walking shoes and advice monday morning at 9 o clock was served by paul although he was on his own and busy opening up took the time to get me sorted brilliant service would highly recommend this shop

knowledgeable and friendly employees who listened to my requirements and got me exactly what I wanted. Thank you

Went in last week wanted to buy a tech t shirt for work and holiday as im a barber . Simon recommended Moutain Tech was very happy with the product and quality and price. Would highly recommend to anyone and is cheaper than Monterex . Simon was class and really chatty

Simon was great giving us advice on all sorts like what gear would work best for budget and scenario, and a guide of places to go. Would definitely recommend a visit to the shop.

Just been in go outdoors and served by Simon it’s nice to be served by somebody who has lots of knowledge. Very nice chap . Lancaster store. Thank you for your help.

Was served by Simon again. Went in for a fleece n also needed new poles….this guys knowledge is brilliant n find his advice so helpful. We soon got onto the subject of boots as I’m looking for new ones….again he gave me advice which I didn’t know and opened up new possibilities for me I hadn’t thought about. Every time I see Simon I feel I’m getting the right gear for the right reasons.
So good to have someone who knows about outdoor activities and the gear they sell. Fantastic guy 👌👍

Very helpful guys lots of advice on everything you woukd like to know definitely recommend prices are low

Thanks to Simon for his footwear advice. Really knowledgeable - really helpful. Can away with a great, good value pair of shoes.

Simon was our sales person at Lancaster today, very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to all products. Friendly personality as have all the staff at Lancaster. Got everything I needed.👍

Chris and Simon were great today. They were professional, considerate, and so helpful. I was trying to order a coat today online (sale item) and the website would not recognise my membership number for the discounted price. However, they persevered with my ipad and tried to link everything together. But the WiFi kept playing up so they kindly wrote the relevant instructions for me to try again at home. Now if Go Outdoors re-instated the fantastic facility of order the item/s you wanted and they would be delivered to your store. It would of made my life easier and simpler rather than wasting my time on a very shoddy website, that seems to be increasingly difficult to navigate.
I'm sure online sales will be increasing but this could be even better if you brought back the personal touch of "Yes we can order that for you and you can pick it up here or have it delivered!"
Thank you once again for Chris and Simon's endeavours it was definitely 5 star treatment.

Simon was really helpful today when I was buying some walking boots and other kit. He had great advice and helped me save money with the membership. Thanks!

Visited the store today and whilst they didn’t have exactly what I needed, Simon still offered really sound advice and a good chat. Top man, thank you.
