Went in with no idea of what I was doing (apart from looking for shoes!) The staff member - Jean-Luc - took the time to help me with different shoes and sizes, all with friendly chat - I didnt ever feel like I was getting the "hard sell".

Great customer service
I had just started a long trip and my sleeping mat had failed on me, nipped into the Inverness store, Harry saw it was a problem with the valve and sorted me out an exchange, amazing service, super helpful! Cheers again, stress free for the rest of the trip

I walked in spoke to makala, within moments I had the jacket I was looking for. Straight to the till where Isla helped me close the sale. It was excellent customer service from start to finish. Really chatty, happy to help staff. Thank you. I will be back.
