Visited store today well set out and labelled friendly helpful staff - Caitlin served at the checkout was delightful

Being able to order On line and pick up at a local Go Outdoors store was very convenient and easy.

The shop assistants were either too eager to please or had the impression that we were shoplifters, due to me bringing my own shopping bag, which actually contained some paperwork of my late father.

However, I have not felt so uncomfortable whilst browsing for products and I will not be visiting that store again. My elderly mother who was with me at the time also noted the behaviour of the staff, which was unacceptable.

I do like Go Outdoors but this experience has left me with second thoughts.

Walked in the door! Was greeted straight away! Harry's customers service was excellent he helped us with everything we needed for our residential. So lovely to see good customer service. The shop had everything we needed at great prices. Thank you very much.

Great staff make a company. All staff we interacted with were lovely. The store was good with lots of choice and reasonable prices. Sufficient space for my wife to get around the shop in her wheelchair and accessible toilet too.

Great experience. Nick in-store was very helpful and was able to assist with the product we were looking for

Perhaps not the range of larger stores but packed with everything you might need for a good day out in the outdoors. All popular brands appear to be available. The advantage with a high street store is the service. This store is no exception. Friendly service and advise from Mick and Mark. I went in for a pair of trail running socks and came out with a top instead!! The only reason for a 4-star review is they didn't stock trail running socks.

Another positive experience at Go Outdoors, Huddersfield Town Centre. I was supported by a member of staff named Mark who was super helpful and deserves praise for his exceptional manner and customer care. Mark expanded my knowledge regarding products i was enquiring about in a positive and informative way. Mark's style was non-pushy, and delivered an excelled customer care experience. I noted how well he interacted with both customers and staff with humour, smile, and personality. I left the store making a purchase I am very happy with. And I will be returning in the future as i really like the products available and the customer experience available at the store. Thank you very much.

I wasn’t exactly sure what type of waterproof I needed and the assistant talked me through the options. As a result I not only finished up with exactly what I needed but a waterproof at an excellent price for the specification.

Whats happened to the usual friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff? I went in today and theres this new guy at the till, phone in hand, he didn't even look up when l went in, too busy with his phone. This is the first time that l've encountered this at this store, the usual staff are all smiles. Today l felt really uncomfortable and walked back out and l'm not going to back.

The two member of staff on shift Nici and Howard were lovely Howard was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to product wanting etc..

Do need to make store a bit more disabled friendly i went in with rollating walker and couldn't get around using, maybe don't overpack the rotating rails on floor so much or have signage up were customers can ask for stock etc....

Only criticism is need to have non member price alongside member price on products

This go outdoors was in Huddersfield .what I like about your stores is the choice of clothes and accessories for men and women .not to mention the staff who are both friendly and helpful .when I see a go outdoors shop I am drawn towards it !! long may it continue!!
