GO Outdoors - Chichester (Express) Recenzje 

I made a special trip to buy the chemical toilet fluid which I’d checked the store had in stock.
When I arrived at the store I asked 4 times for help as to where it was.
I’d left my partially sighted husband outside in the car with two dogs in that heat.
I’m disabled but no one offered to go and get it for me.
I couldn’t find it and in the end they shouted upstairs that if I couldn’t find it it must be out of stock??!!
I’d spent so long in there looking all other places were then shut for the day.
Terrible service.
I won’t be going back where the staff don’t seem to care but stood around the tills all chatting as no customers to serve.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I have ordered an item I need for tomorrow evening. The ONLY reason I ordered it was because it stated clearly that if I ordered within 7hrs I could have my item tomorrow.
The receipt shows my collection is in 3 days time, which is no good whatsoever. I have asked for a refund as I will need to buy this item elsewhere now, but I’m told I can’t even apply for a refund until after the item is delivered to the store in 3 days. It will then take approximately two weeks. This is surely a breach of contract 😡

Good amount of stock, excellent service, shame the shop will be closing leaving yet another empty premises in Chichester town centre.

The Chichester branch were brilliant! The only issue we had was the time taken to deliver missing items to the Southampton branch. Staff are very helpful but dealing with an inadequate back office system.

What an amazing experience getting the right boots at the get go! I thought the fit was good until tweeked with innersoles that support the whole foot especially the arches. Michel, although there covering temporarily, was a font of knowledge. His experiences of outdoor adventures gave me the confidence and trust in his help and guidance. My wife and I went to Chichester Go Outdoors to purchase a pair of replacement walking boots, there we were met by Mason, who recognised my jacket as one purchased there previously. Mason was the ideal assistant, he gave us good advice regarding what boots would be suitable for the type of walking we did and very useful advice on maintaining and keeping the boots in best condition. An extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly gentleman, an absolute credit to the company. Thank you Mason.

We were met with very friendly staff who were helpful in assisting us with choosing a new pair of walking boots each. Mason was particularly helpful and showed a genuine interest in our needs. He showed us a variety of walking boots to allow us to make our minds up, and he was incredibly useful due to his knowledge of the products. A very satisfying experience, and we highly recommend this store for your outdoor clothing/equipment needs.

I was looking for a lightweight jacket went in store couldn't climb the stairs mason went out of his way and bought them to me he done excellent in choice, I brought one for a lady of 75 his service manner was amazing I was also on holiday well done mason

Mason is amazing at go outdoors Chichester. We went in to purchase items for my daughters DofE. He had a list of everything we needed to purchase. He spent an hour us going through what we needed, which items would be best and DoFe recommend and why. He has fantastic knowledge from his experience of camping. Giving my daughter tips and recommendations from his personal experience. Not sure what his position is at Go Outdoors but if he is not a manager or someone further up in the store he really needs to be. I would now go back to shop only at the Chichester store because of his knowledge and his amazing guidance in purchasing everything my daughter required as she only gave me a weeks notice to advise they needed the whole kit for their practice walk the following weekend !
She has now done her practice walk and boots were comfortable and the rest of the kit seems to be perfect .
Thank you so much Mason for making things so much easier in what could of been a stressful situation trying to get everything last minute.

Pleasant service from Victor, though twice I've been in to the branch in the last month and I had to seek assistance from the assistants rather than vice versa. I appreciate some customers prefer this, but on the first visit I gave up and left! However, also impressive was the very enthusiastic duty manager, who spotted my NHS lanyard and investigated whether I was entitled to a further 10% off. I wasn't, but it was good of him to look! I'll be back!

Brilliant customer service in Go outdoors this week in Chichester store. I was returning a faulty pair of Merrell walking boots which were out of warranty but was told they should’ve lasted longer than they did. Luckily had my original receipt, and together with the knowledge from Adam, Lisa, Annabel and the manager Mason, they kindly replaced my boots for me, and decided on choosing an extremely comfortable pair of Scarpas after trying a few other styles and brands on. Fantastic service, very patient and so professional, and they couldn’t do enough to sort the problem out, especially as I’d tried on two occasions to email Merrell directly with no success. Over two visits to the shop this week, I came away very happy. Thankyou to the team in Chichester store, five star service!
